For a small kid of that age, it's the best idea for him to not smoke marijuana. Now once his body is more developed and there's less of a chance for it to negatively impact him, then it's fine. I know there's evidence to both sides of the argument of smoking while young. Why risk it? Wait til you're 16-18 (21 is probably best but meh.) and *vaporize* to your hearts content. Even though I know people who smoked daily while younger and turned out fine.
