Oh gosh.. .it's been a few months since I've made Chicken Florentine. It's tasty. I grew up on country fried steak and gravy. I do not make it now. HA! Hugs Andy and Cindy!

I grew up on wiener schnitzel, bratwurst, and sauerkraut... That must be the difference :)

This reminds me to make some vids with my mother later this year...

shadow6326 had a video up where she went to iHop and said it was really good. I guess it's just our local one that's going down the tubes. There is a locally owned place here that makes a Florentine omelet that's heavenly.

It could be management, and it could be an unhappy staff. If they hire people who don't enjoy their job it very often shows in the quality of the food... WE don't have an iHop here, so when we are hungry and we see one it's a must... I think we went to one in Las Vegas, but I haven't found the footage yet :)

My Mama Bell, mom's mom, could cook southern like noone else. Fairview Tennessee, until I was 15, during the summers, meant poor, farmng, family, and food. She could southern fry dirt and make it food fit for a king!

Andy, thanks! Without knowing, you filled a blank I had since March 2009. It was nothing that really bothered me, but I did not know how an iHop looked from the inside, and what food they served there. The name came up in one of the many conversations with Kel, and I just took it up, without having an optical reference, Now I do :-)!

If, by any chance, you and Cindy have ever been to a Red Lobster restaurant, and have footage of that, you would do me a major favor by putting it up.
