@richtwelve almost all, if not all, preachers really tend to shout, probably to make their point come across more easily... but what's important is that he speaks from the heart, he makes the people laugh and be at ease with him before he talks to them in a way for them to understand.. if you just watch the entire video, he wasn't shouting most of the time at all.. he was just emphasizing his words and in many instances, he was even gentle with his way of speaking.
