So what are you saying here, yes i know where the tensioner is but what are you adjusting and why.....

@hairychinfinn I think this video simply shows the tensioner is a manual type, not automatic. This can be done for several reasons, often because the automatic tensioners can fail at high revs which can have catastrophic effects.
