Dùng đèn Neon bóng nhỏ thay vì dùng đèn bóng thường, đở tốn điện hơn nhiều: bóng output khoảng 75watt nhưng dùng chỉ có khoảng 15watt watt thôi, rất tốt trong vùng điện yếu. Bên VN có đèn neon bóng nhỏ không, nếu không chỉ dùng đèn neon thường?

Please check out the pulser pump (for the low head sites that you find with not enough head for electricity generation).

You can still use the power directly, and locally, for pumping water, washing clothes and other things with a pulser pump on the low head sites. And please tell the RCEE about it too.
