@Korina10100 Actually its not the bum moving, its the abs! Which then releases the thighs and butts to follow. I know because I've done a few Jam Sessions with Katie and learnt that particular movement - yep - shes the best!! The Zumba template allows us to do any type of movement we like within our class and choreo so long as its relevant to the genre of the track. Does this answer your question for now or were you meaning something different?
