I have just started doing an acv and baking soda cleanse followed by a shampoo with Selsun Blue or a clarifying shampoo. The junk that comes out is amazing!! I am trying Africas Best Ultimate Herbal Oil and right now I have on a conditioning cap to do an hot oil treatment. it feels sooo good that I'm going to semi-freeform for a few months

For moisture try Oyin Handmade's 'Juices'. Spray before you get in the shower (the juices are humectants) and seal when you get out. My locs feel wonderfully moisturized.

Thanks for the update. Wow your makeup looks amazing the blue shadow really makes your brown eyes pop and the lip gloss goes perfectly. Okay now to the locks lol your locks are the size I wanted my locks to be :( I have a serious case of loc envy right now ;-) I also have had a hard time moisturizing my hair this winter my hair feel so dry...even now.

question: are you still interlocking and how do you feel that locing for so long that way has been? i interlock but just wandering if you have regrets or not
