We almost bid on a house today on Boesel avenue.. I couldn't do it.. I'd live in constant fear. I pray for you all

OMG, I grew up here; deja vu to 1970 although Manville's Main street was completely underwater, then. I thought the pumping station installed after that time had resolved the problem. Excellent for you to video.

the pump only did part of main str the the power went out.
