recipe to memorizze from Rococo's in London
equal ounces dark chocolate & brewed earl grey tea
melt chocolate, keep on heat source & slowly add tea. it'll clump at first, but keep stirring. make sure all clumps are dissolved so it's not grainy.
chill in small dishes (ramekins) until set (it'll be like jello)
my fave dessert! note: it doesn't work like a gananche, it's a little too loose for truffles, etc
