"you're landing too far down the runway, and aren't you using the autoland feature"
As an my dad is an experienced RL pilot I can tell you for a fact that he landed on the exact spot of the runway you have to leave about 200 meters for the beginning of the runway just as he did.
how the hell did you get the RR EICAS on the RR aircraft? whenever I use a RR aircraft, I only get the GE eicas. I have spent months trying to figure this out!!! What the hell do I do?
Nice landing, although you're landing too far down the runway, and aren't you using the autoland feature? Looks like it when you see it from the first officer view.

Maybe if you stayed on glide slope you could land on the 1,000 foot marks instead of mid-field...

You have to find a tutorial about that, i can't say you that in a few words. ! sorry this is a very complex system.

Proper approach flap 30 speed should be Vref + 10 using the FMC with proper weight zfw settings preset before takeoff.
