S13s were branded 240SXs in both the US and canada. While the older 200SX in North America was the S12, the 200SX nameplate carried on to the S13s but in the UK/Europe . The 180SXs were practically identical to the 200SXs (keeping the SR20s from 91+) and were offered in Japan and Australia

Actually an easy swap. Took no time to get mine out of my coupe and into my hatchback. Wiring isnt bad at all. Nicoclub's member CarlH is out of NC and hes the one who did the wiring on my car. Everything worked great. Other than that, top hat or McKinney mounts/shaft and its as good as done.

People that have that money don't want a GTR. They want a Porsche (prestige & better performance). That is why all of the Japanese sports cars were gone (except for the Rally cars Evo & WRX). Nissan was losing a billion dollars a year. They hired a new CEO (from Brazil) and he turned Nissan around with the new Z.

The beautiful & fast 7 is gone, for the smarter, lower cost 8. The car industry is a business. They must be profitable. That's why many of the high power turbo engines are gone. Costs are high on turbo engined cars; so the car companies must pass on the cost to the buyers. N/A cars costs are cheap; so those cars are cheap to us.

The old days are gone (except for the rally cars) where you could just turn up the boost and have an extra 60-100 HP over the stock car. I've tried to race a few, they wont race me. They made it. But it's a piece of shit tank & the tranny keeps taking a dump. At over 4000 lbs with the driver & gas, it ain't no sports car. My 7 posted on my site which eats bikes weighs under 3000 lbs with gas & me. I'm putting out 50 less hp to the ground, but being 1000 lbs lighter, GTR owners know better than to line up with me.
