Me and my friends are doing a high school mocktrial of the Nicole Kish case. We need to prove her innocence. We are the defense. Any pointers on how to defend her?

Holy cow. This is so sad. I hope that truth comes out, and in the meantime, I hope and pray that Nicole is kept safe and in positive spirits, if she is truly innocent. I also hope and pray for the proper conviction of the person who committed this heinous crime, for the sake of the victim's family. This is a wonderful video. Hope you make more that sheds further light on the facts, like the "lost" evidence by police, etc... Kudos.

Unlike science (especially climate science), verdicts by courts have absolutely NOTHING to do with absolute truth. "Guilt" or "innocence" is meaningless politically correct bullshit. Just political propaganda to make judges and prison guards rich. I don't give a FUCK what a court claims or sentences somebody to. You can talk about cause and effect: how much somebody CAUSES somebody else's death, as long as you do so in a logically consistent manner.

@MrRichardDorkins The fact that no has proved who actually stabbed Hammond means Nicole is guilty by default? There were over 50 police statements taken, 22 witnesses in court and over 22 911 calls. Not one person saw her stab him--in fact there were multiple men involved in 2 fights that went on for 3 blocks before Hammond collapsed in front of a church. No DNA on Nicole. 2 surveillance tapes of the scene "lost" by the police... have actually read any of the court documents?

I'm happy to see you're still on this. Personally, I think that the prosecutors in cases like this should be on the hook if she's ever exonerated. If she's exonerated and they engaged in any remotely questionable behavior relating to the conviction, they should be financially liable for the cost of her imprisonment and the cost of her lost income. If the misconduct is egregious, they should be criminally liable, with a minimum sentence of the time the wrongly convicted spent in prison.

This should trigger an investigation because whatever made it possible for such a thing to take place has to have been functioning for some time and at the expence of proper due process. How many more have been thrown under the bus for the sake of institutional directives that have taken priority over the concept of justice. It really sickens me. This is my home. I can't have this happen in my home.
