I just got a negative feedback comment and I'm so depressed about it. The same as you, I just got started and don't need it. She said that my product was "poorly made".  I really wish she would have contacted me before she left the negative comment. I refunded her money none the less. What a bummer.

I'm glad you posted this. I would not want to buy from someone with that kind of attitude. she should have said I will buy it back from you or did research and sent you to a supplier who could meet your need. Don't worry about her, people with that kind of attitude will not be successful long.

I am so sorry that you had to go thru this with this vendor, however, I really don't think you should be blasting her on you tube like this... because you wouldn't want anyone to blast you , say for instant, you send them some soap that was defective or whatever the case may be. My suggestion to you is to just keep it between you and her and leave you tube out of it. But , I love you you tube videos and your soaps.

LOL I loved it. The bumblebee shape was a nice touch too. My skin is really clean and soft without drying it out. It was a nice lather too. Tomorrow I am cutting a piece of the poo bar to wash my kinky twists with.  As for the order...it came super fast. I usually hate to order and wait as I want my stuff when I pay but this was quick. All in All...you've got a repeat customer in me:) I'm spreading the word.

I wouldn't be upset by her comment, because her comment does not say anything about the quality of your soaps, nor does it state that she has purchased your products and was dissatisfied by the quality of your work. it is clear that she misunderstood your original comment and is getting bent out of shape.

This is true and I have asked Etsy to deal with her. But I have a valid reason to worry. Her comment was not only demeaning to me as a fellow soaper, but she put that she was a teacher for 10 years, and sometimes to some people experience outweighs talent.

She has a nerve touting herself as a "professional" & a seasoned teacher....she needs to learn how to "season" her wood first & foremost. Congratulations Girly!!! I know how you feel. I got dinged when I first opened my ebay store for the same reasons. I was being honest and left nuetral feedback after they were unwilling to resolve their mistake. I learned very quickly that feedback had nothing to do with being honest and people will try to rip you a part for anything less than 5 star comments. I was soooo angry! Contact Etsy and see if you can have her invalid comment/rating removed. Let me know how it goes. Toodles

I first sent others to her because the mold is very ideal for beginners, cause they don't need to worry about perfect soaps. Plus small batches are good to start of with. I merely was pointing out the imperfections that concerned me because I know more serious soap makers like me would see it too, and thought she might want to address it. The second side is I did want a bigger mold, and I had already bought one from her and as imperfect as it is, I still use it. Now IF she had bigger 5 pd. molds then like I said to her, I would have bought one DOWN THE ROAD. Again everything can be made to work. Just like I made THIS mold work with my husbands help.

No way to report it. Etsy's policy says all disputes are to be handled between the buyer and seller or seller and seller. Besides, this seems to be the way she blacklists people, the first person that left her a neutral comment and a negative comment received the same treatment from her. But that person was a buyer.
