Well, reconnecting to the network means your external ip changes [Dynamic IP], therefore RS cant catch you. This is pretty simple and obvious to anyone who knows their isp provides a dynamic ip.

this only works if you have a dynamic ip, if you have a static ip you can't ever change it, not like this not with anything, try using proxies...
