This was always my favorite part of the show when I saw it on TV. It sucks that they got rid of it, because it's so simple, all you need is two people, but how they can trust each other and intertwining with one another is simply amazing. It’s so magnificent to see how two people can come to gather and form one continuous movie body!!!

I absolutely love this act. Actually, alot of their dance movements remind me of the Banquine from Quidam. I wish I could have seen this performed live, its absolutely stunning. I wish I had the ability to dance like that.

It reminds me of Banquine, too! Probably because, as you probably know, that's Oleg and Tatiana from that same Quidam act, so I think they integrated some of the moves from that show, into this one. They tend to do that a lot! They did that also in Corteo, with some of Alexander Savin's moves from his old shows, I believe (but not sure) that they must have integrated those into the act.

Yes...but it was Tatiana's hip that got injured, I heard, when she was practicing..she had to have surgery for it, I believe? I wouldn't know for sure, though, don't trust me :)

This is one of my Varekai's favourite acts, and I'm sorry that it doesn't performed anymore.

It's my opinion, but CdS should to find another couple to perform a new "acrobatic pas de deux" in Varekai ... a couple like Sebastien Soldevila & Emilie Bonnavaud from "les 7 doigts de la main": they are absolutely stunning (their act is available on Youtube)!

Unfortunately, Oleg and Tatiana had to leave to Varekai after Tatiana was injured.

Oleg is currently on Cirque's Corteo, and Tatiana is performing as a contortionist in Las Vegas.

I saw Cirque Du Soleil's Varekai last night, and unfortunetly ... this part of the show was not in the performance. I was a little guttered because I was looking forward to seeing it and seeing it being rehearesd etc on Fire Within....
