@eoin712 the block is the most important part, on your predeliversy stride bend your right leg (assuming your right handed) and drive off of it into into your plant. Keep turning your right foot and drive up and over your plant leg. Keeping your right foot turning will drive your hips into the throw. Think of stopping your left side completely, use your left arm to pull your shoulders around. once i figured this out, i made huge jumps in my throws... i throw around 65m now and still improving.

i think thorkildsen and pitkamaki do not have long enough pulls to get over 100m, jan ran slower, but was much more efficient with his super long pull

Prep schools,

AAA's

and english schools.

and if you are 10 you can't go to any of them the minimum age is 11

I'm going for england schools next year, my last year in under 17s next season, I'm 15 my PB is 47m, and need 52m for entry standard to english schools, alot of work in the gym, and endurance/speed training, I think ill make it :D.

i don't think you throw it that far or you would have won the nationals and the guty that won the national for U13 threw 39m, the guy that won the nationals in my year(open) threw 52m, i throw 29m which is shit, although i am the best in the school
