  • thumps op if you think abaut spongebob

  • it looks like e piece of polenta :D

  • @Ca2. DID YOU READ THIS PART? This is not to advocate the desirability of conflicts between civilizations. It is to set forth descriptive hypothesis as to what

the future may be like. [2]

  • @NOISlights

Japanese people feel very unpleasantly the slang of "Level : Asian".

  • @CrimeAvenger2 Reading your comments I'm not sure if you realise this: "Level: Asian" refers to the popular belief that Asian people are pretty much the best at every thing they try. "Level: Asian" means unbelievably skillful.

Of course it's a stereotype, but at least a very positive one. Especially the Japanese are being stereotyped in a lot of bad ways, why don't you jump on that instead? Come on.

  • @tsurutom

It is unsuitable to use "Level: Asian" to what exists only in Japan.

In a Japanese bulletin board, "Level: Asian" is a word which symbolizes Europeans and Americans' ignorance.

"Hey look, they are saying Level: Asian, again. "

    Sorry, This is a fact.

  • @CA2 why let history repeat itself is there a need to think your better than someone. Does. It make you feel better about yourself to downplay Another race to say "YOUR BETTER" or more civilized than another by you saying that you show your ignorance and if thats the case we should have let adolf hither live and do his thing and wipe out all non blonde hair blue eyed people and who would have been better than who then?? Get my point. I'll be the first to say I'm no better than the next person.

  • @NOISlights

Did you read "The Clash of Civilizations"? of Wikipedia?

Japanese civilization is the independent civilization.

Then, Please Show me ”Asian Dish” Like a "Dashimaki Tamago".

  • Wow, such precision. I cant even roll an omelette twice let alone do it about 8 times like this. Amazing.

  • The Japanese are considered Asian or east Asian but still Asian so get over it. Your not Pacific islanders your Asian just like Chinese, Koreans and so on so get over it your no better than anyone. YOUR ASIAN!

  • @NOISlights

Read "The Clash of Civilizations" of Wikipedia.

    OK?

  • Damn you all think your better than eachother that shows. Both you ignorance. Grow up and realize that this stupidity starts all wars and in turn your ignorance will wipe out eachother and in the end who is better? Nobody!

  • There is "Balik ekmegi" in Turkey.

    It is sandwiches of mackerel.

"Balik ekmegi" exists ONLY in Turkey.

    Do you call ?

    "Level:Islam !"

    "Typical Islam !"

  • too much work... give me a frying pan and 3 eggs.

    Square eggs > Circle eggs.

  • I'm hungry

  • typical asian skill, put 8 egs on the table and none is rolling away.

  • @MrRudi291079

    typical asian?

    That is only Japan.

  • @CrimeAvenger2 typical asian

  • @Severosrighthook

    I pity your ignorance.

Dashimaki Tamago does not exist other than Japan.

    See "Omelette" of Wikipedia.

  • Woaw! ^_^ Im going to master this!

  • He is Sushi Meister.

  • Has anyone noticed that egg white yellow color?? I mean very intensive yellow color. Is that a special breed of hen ?? It looks great.

  • @MegaMat84 its probably fresh ingredients - not to mention he didn't stir it in fully, so it's not as diluted a color as it would be if it was fully mixed with the white

  • why is the eggwhite yellow? :p

  • Skill.

  • Sponge bob??

  • Tamagoyaki (or Dashimaki Tamago) is a dish only in Japan.

Don't put Japan in the same class with other Asia.

  • @CrimeAvenger2 Just because it's a dish only made in Japan does not make Japan in a higher level compared to other asan countries.

  • @JellyBellyJustin

Higher nor Lower is not points of argument.

"Dashimaki Tamago" does not exist in Asia.

    Only in Japan.

Is it called "Level European !" about Vodka?

  • @CrimeAvenger2 What do you mean by "don't put Japan in the same class as other asian countries" then? You're so damn superior because you have square omlettes?

  • @JellyBellyJustin

How many times are you going to make me say it?

The omelet of that form exists only in Japan.

  • @CrimeAvenger2 I made it in America. It now exists in the US. Get off of your throne, and don't speak as if you are superior to other asian cultures. You should learn how to be open minded. No one is trying to make you feel offended by saying "level: asian". You should be happy they even said asian instead of ignorant assholes that assume that every asian person is chinese. I pity your ignorance and inability to accept the inevitable. You're going to be grouped as asian.

  • @internalbeautyy

When did I say, "It excels"?

Does Dashimaki Tamago exist in China?

Does Dashimaki Tamago exist in South Korea?

Does Dashimaki Tamago exist in Thailand?

Does Dashimaki Tamago exist in Indonesia?

Dashimaki Tamago exists only in Japan.

Dashimaki Tamago is not a typical dish of Asia.

Dashimaki Tamago is a Japanese dish.

  • @omgwtfbbqmao you are obviously an expert on Japan. Please, tell me more.

  • i usually make my omelette in 3-4 minutes, but this must have take around 10 minutes to finish...lol

  • @snua86 and your point is?

  • @lalu225 hi there, dont get me wrong, i didnt intended to complaint or what...i'm just saying that, in my country, we usually finish making omelette in around 3-4 minutes, do noted that my country's style is quite different with japanese's style. we only have one layer of omelette, not multiple layers like this, hence less cooking time..i do apologize if my previous comment is misleading

  • wat is 2>>monito stock?

  • Comment removed

  • Lovely music, btw.

  • Why do the Japanese always use Mirin and Sake when they cook?

What if you can't get those ingredients?

  • @ThePolkadog

Sake and Mirin are Japanese unique seasonings.

They are essential especially to stewed/boiled foods.

Mirin adds good taste , Sake makes ingredient's flavour better and they also make foods look more delicious.

You can actually make this Japanese omlette without Mirin and sake though Bonito stock is essential.

  • @asdf21121 Oh! Thank you very much for the information!

  • hooo... so thtas how they make it square XD

  • just wondering what is bonito stock? where can i but such?

  • hah.....13 people must be on a diet 3:)

  • sponge Omelette

  • a sponge!

  • superb!!!!

  • Very beautiful. Layers and layers and layers of grease. Well they ever learn to cook healthy? A cheese burger would be healthier. And wouldn't it have been nice to see what the other ingredients were and how much of each to use? Entertaining but of no practical value.

  • @becky645 u might have a point but Japan have lesser obesity comparing to America, and both Cheese burger and Tamago are common food in each society that their people eat everyday. You got your point but not convincing

  • @becky645 Stop being jealous that that guy has more cooking skills than you.

  • @becky645

There is isn't an established link between consumption of saturated fats and heart disease.

  • @becky645 It serves SIX people. The Japanese eat very healthy compared to the US, considering the US is home to McDonalds and other greasy, processed fast food. I've been to Japan and a majority of people are extremely lean. They eat many different exotic fruits and cycle a lot. Btw, the chef did list the amount of ingredients. It may not be of practical use to you but it does show you their cultural background. They cube these and have a small piece in the morning or for lunch.

  • @becky645 If you actually paid attention to the video instead of bitch. You'd see that there wasn't that much oil used. Japanese cuisine is much healthier than you think, also that meal serves six. Only someone so ignorant would think it would be for one person.

The video was not made for you, so if you didn't care for it then don't bitch about it in the comments. Grow up and act your age. Not like a child.

  • @HyperTheProfessor Who ask you for your worthless opinion. Moron.

  • @becky645 When you decided to publicly speak your opinion. I guess you decided to not take the "grow up" advice. Oh well.

  • @HyperTheProfessor I can keep this up as long as you can shit for brains.

  • didn't know that cooking an omelette can be that very technical -LOL :))

    YUMMehh!!

  • For the sake of sanity, clean the counter! .___.

  • Omelete du fromage.

  • That was so bad ass!!

  • He's good you have to admit, I only wish I had a square pan and all those ingredients then I would give it a bash as I eat at least a dozen eggs each week.Eggs are as cheep as chips here in NZ.

  • 5:30 - that's one hell of a spatula!

  • Amazing!

  • thats a hole lat of eggy eggy @phaxnl

  • el huevo de adentro queda crudo????

  • @44Hermosa no, ha hecho

  • that was.... a ton of oil. @_@ He pourd like two cups into that thing! but Aw, did you see how delicately he handled it and how he took his time to shape it? thats True Japanese cookin' there. <3

  • @PotentiallyHarmful He took it all out though. lol

  • @JoyeuseXI He shouldn't have had to take it "ALL" out. He should have used a little, or maybe he could have used something like the paper towel thing and then done it. I'm just sayin thats all.

  • @PotentiallyHarmful Well, yeah I agree.

    I'm just saying too. lol

  • もうちょっと綺麗なやつで焼けば印象はもっとよかったと思う

  • That's one big egg roll...

  • egg omelleteception @__@

  • i don't like sweet eggs...

I would just make it like i do my usual omelets (onions bellpeppers salt pepper) and roll it this way.

  • Makes me crave some tamago nigiri...time for a sushi run!

  • このお店のほぼ向かいにある、道の駅には、何度か行きました。

    いずれチェックせねばです☆

  • very nice!

  • Master Chef...

  • cool :) my first time watch a video recipe on how it's done

  • i finally know how this was made~this kind of omelette is often used in their Sushi~and yes, it really looks like spongebobXDD really good job this one

  • i thought that he will use the amount of oil to cook when the first time he pour 0_0

  • I would add cheese and mushrooms and then when it's done tomato sauce! :D

  • They fold their omelets like they do their steel, a truly amazing culture.

  • i thought he used an ostrich egg. since i got here from that video.

  • he has not very good technic,it seems.

  • I used to have to make 2 of these everyday, using the wooden cover to shape it brings back memories. Like every good omelette pan it is never washed just cleaned with a greased towel, We used to use maki mats to roll them up to keep there shape which where weighted down. we would then slice each tamago into about 30 pieces for nigari and futomaki.

  • That was amazing. ^^

  • asians are EPIC 0_0

  • *г* looks so yummy~!!!

  • will you end up with paper towel in your omelette?
