Your Skin is to pretty for foundation. I use to use it however i stopped. I only apply lose powder to get rid of the shine. I will soon turn 40 next month and don't look it thank goodness.

I'm NC 43. They keep getting rid of that shade (in various foundation formulas) I think the only NC43 they have is in Studio Tech and I'm not crazy about that one -- too greasy looking on me. Studio Sculpt has a good match BUT it breaks me out! :( MAC has a new mineral foundation coming out very soon. Hope they have a good match in this batch!

well i found the studio stick on ebay and i see that you use that..im sure that would be a good one. nc44 im sure would be 2 dark for me as well

omg, im fuck*d. i just ordered some foundation from mac and the rep told me to get it in nc44 and im bout a shade and half darker thank you. she messed me up,lol it should come sometime next week

I think you'll be fine. NC 44 is a little too dark for me but I when I put powder over it, it lightens up a bit

i've nvr used foundation out of fear it'll look unnatural and i'll look worn out one day. but watching this vid makes me want to try it. but i'll nvr let the techs at mac try it on me again. they"re too heavy with it.

do you ever have a problem with ur 109 brush leaving streaky brush strokes???? i just bought my 109 less than a month ago...and it's really leaving my fluid looking streaky and i have to go back over it with a wedge to get rid of the streaks... : (

No nvr. Are you letting your moisturizer "soak in" b/4 you put on your foundation? You might be using too much foundation too. Are you using a circular motion?

My 109 is shedding like crazy! I washed and conditioned it with baby shampoo and I clean it with MAC brush cleanser after use. Any suggestions to help decrease shedding? I love the brush and want to use it, but I cannot deal with the hairs it leaves on my face.

R u "heavy-handed"? If so, try to be gentler b/c the 109 will shed if you use too much pressure. Hope this helps

I was going to ask about a good foundation that is light and not too oily, but I saw that you recommended MSF, so I will try that out since my skin gets so oily in the summer. What about the Jemma Kidd foundation brush. Do you prefer the 109 over the j.k. one. Thanks. :o)

Thanks! For a hot summer day, I use just the MSF. You can also mix the liquid w/ your moisturizer -- homemade tinted moisturizer!! I use Cetaphil moisturizer.
