  • @jigglesnap i know u said ur using ubuntu but im not sure if ur on the last stable release and having all this hell to? becuase if u upgrade or do a fresh install or w/e those problems will probably go away. If your getting a shit load of bugs (on the last non beta version) then im shocked as I've been doing well. What file system are you using? EXT3 or EXT4 becuase EXT4 is faster but is rumored to mess up config files(since then lots of patches were applied to hopefully fix this). O.o

  • @jigglesnap

man i just dont have enough room in 1 comment to tell you what i got to say (without pissing you off hopefully) but if ubuntu isn't your thing then yeah fuck it if windows works better for you. I really do recomend it becuase i've gotten as mad as u at this OS and at windows to shit. All OS give us hell sometimes. Ubuntu has been updated. It's pretty stable now a days and powerful to! I'm running X64 btw... FLASH IS EXCELLENT in Chrome! Trust me bro.

  • @jiggle

i wont lie- I don't belive your trolling at all becuase (this comment will probably piss off hardcore users) but i did have the same attitude your having now after "surfing the web and crashing" yeah that is pretty true thats all this OS could do a few years ago ahahahaha LOL!!! Now no... it's actually improved. Give the lattest (non beta) 10 version a shot. It's well worth it man. ALOT OF SHIT IS FIXED! I haven't had crashes (yay). It use to piss me off but now I love ubuntu alot :p

  • @jigglesnap

no it's not html5..im using flash it comes preloaded in Chrome (at least in linux but it should have it in windows as well preloaded)... the problem with CHROME + FLASH in linux is due to a plugin disable the ad blocker plugin for youtube and the flash problems should pretty much disapear(at least that's what worked for me). The hack and slash in terminal's isn't for EVERY problem I encountered. I only did alot of hacking and slashing setting things up after install pretty much.

  • @jigglesnap

well honestly once u do some hack and slash in the terminal, the software center as well, ubuntu is quite nice... u just gota take time the first time around after an install to get things running. BTW major tip # use CHROME BROWSER and all flash will work. It's gotten better give 10.10 a shot. I know how u feel becuz i've totally swpied ubuntu off my HD several times in the past but the new version delivers a punch and it WORKS! It kicks ass and i love it. :)

  • @jigglesnap: Of course You have never used Ubuntu,,, Poor you!

  • @jigglesnap Graphic design is in the language used, that has nothing to do with linux.... Linux is amazing at online games.... Office work to you must mean just M$ office lol... that goes to show wat u know.....

Linux is free ok.... people wouldnt use it if it didnt do wat they wanted...... So ur comment is obviously untrue

Dont reply im bored arguing with a person who actually has no clue about computers

  • @jigglesnap Mate I'm doing an honours degree in Advanced computers believe me I know what I'm on about when it comes to computers lol.... I dont care if linux is bad at editing videos I said it can do it.... Wow linux is worse at one thing.....

And games on wine are designed for windows, think about that.... I play games designed for linux or online games.... and online games work better on linux than windows....

and freetard nice well done..... make up ur own word cause ur bad at comebacks

  • @jigglesnap Actually Ubuntu does alot of things....

Mac edit music and videos...... Ubuntu can do that

Windows for office work........... Ubuntu can do that too

Windows plays games............. Ubuntu can do that too

Ubuntu can do everything Mac and Win can do....

I corrected you, I think, in another one of these adverts do you know much about computers? some how I think not....

  • I think you mean 'which', not 'what' :P

  • You spelled customisable wrong, you spelled it "Customizable"

  • @nextstep333 Customizable - American English ; Customisable - British English .. It's not wrong at all..

  • Very well done!!

  • great video!

  • @lorenziani Thanks!

  • Music?

  • @lippol94 What?

  • @arthur12321 What is the song of this video? Name? artist? Thanks!

  • @lippol94 It's an iMovie music .. so I guess the artist is Apple (?)

  • @UbuntuAds: Why did you use iMovie to edit a video about Ubuntu?? ;)

  • @lippol94 Because I am actually a Mac user, but I've used to Ubuntu before, and I wanna people know what actually Ubuntu is, because it's actually better than Windows. (@arthur12321)

  • But besides that it is free in costs, the thing they mean with Free in Ubuntu is the freedom you have with the system. You are allowed to change everything under the GPL license.

  • subscribed ;)

  • Thanks!

  • well it's free for pay... that's the fucking english, the problem is that the term free is ambiguous.

  • listen, Ubuntu is not free. It's just open, and less than other distros.

  • do you have to pay for ubuntu? no you dont...

  • @keteremillpario u pay only if u want to donate, ubuntu and pther distros are free

  • @malik932008 Not exactly, Novell and Redhat sell their verisons of Linux at a price.

Most distros are free as in beer.
