Well, I always am amazed by some thinkers and those people who think themselves as "smart" who "study" about Islam but their purpose in studying is to "find" clues to state Islam as such a "bad " religion. If we try to stop them from making comments, that won't make them more open-minded. Muslims need to politely address criticism of Islam and then get over it. Even if they try to ascend heavenward these meteorites drive them away. This thing has been mentioned here because the Arabs believed about the soothsayers, and this also was the claim made by the soothsayers themselves, that the Satans were under their control, or that they had a close contact with them, and through them they received news of the unseen, and thus, could foretell the destinies of the people.

It has been narrated on the authority of Salama (b. al-Akwa') who said: We fought against the Fazara and Abu Bakr was the commander over us.
Abu Bakr ordered us to attack
Some of the enemies were killed and some were taken prisoners.
Among them was a woman from Banu Fazara. She was wearing a leather coat.
With her was her daughter who was one of the prettiest girls in Arabia. I drove them along until I brought them to Abu Bakr who bestowed that girl upon me as a prize. So we arrived in Medina.

The smallest of details tell us the most. Why does god CONTRADICT HIMSELF to tell us that Abu Lahab's wife will be carrying firewood for hell (Qur'an 111:4) when elsewhere the Quran 72:15 says un-believers bodies are itself the hell's firewood?
Muhammad wanted us to know that the ownership of the Ka'aba wouldn't save Lahab (his uncle). The Ka'aba belonged to Muhammad because Allah told him so.
The Kaaba was good business, Pagans from all over Arabia came there on Pilgrimage
