This video makes me wish YT had a "loop" button. Too bad your final version is lost for posterity, but long live this version! (Make tons of back-ups - you owe it to the world ;-) )
I can only repeat all that has been said before: awesome! amazing! loved it! great! fantastic! This should definitely go on the soundtrack to my life, if I had one (a soundrack that is; I have a life) ;-)
I am trying to contain myself here! How sweet it would be if you actually would re-make your final version. It would probably involve quite a bit of work, so I guess you should find yourself a source of motivation.
The past reactions on this vid imply that you would make at least a number of people incredibly happy! And no more would you have to say: "Yeah, it did this really cool thing, but I lost it forever." If that's not enough (life can be busy, I know!), I hope you'll find more reasons!
Brilliant... I love this music in this game, it inspired my love for electronic music (along with a few other C 64 titles) :-) Amazing that you put this together in '96... well done, thank you for sharing :-)

i actually still have the soundscomponents saved on floppies. might recover them and make a new version in the future...i'll give it some thought

it was alot of patience and some programming to get all the sounds out and sample them piece by piece with a roland s-750 sampler.
