Kinda lame... seems like it would take a lot of the challenge out of skating.

That's like saying it's gay to have bindings on a snowboard. You can't ollie with a snowboard.

But like you know, since you can on a skateboard the long-boarders need something like that.

I think the point is to be able to just free-ride and skate with ease without eating it if they can't skate well.

I use bindings on my mountain-board like anyone else, but mountain-boards are very heavy. (14lbs!)

Heel-flips are much easier for me.

It actually make it easier to catch a flip with them.

The magnets are powerful, but not too large to give unnecessary pull.

It only grabs when your foot is flat on it.
