You have to extract it from the icon that looks like a few books. Then it should show you a folder saying Debbo v3.5 Double click it. there you go! :]

The Debbo part looks the same as the one your trying to use but this one will come up with the whole setting part. Mine did that too...

You need to do:

Go to admin user, move all OCX -files to system32 from Debbo folder, then open CMD and type regsvr32 firstfilenamehere.ocx and nextfilenamehere.ocx. then goto your debbo folder and open Debbo v3.5 and you are done ;)

BEST WAY! You have to put it back in the Debbo file and right click it while its in there, then press run as administrator and your done, (It works) I was very happy with it :)

Look what you do is download debbo v3.5 then put it in the WinRar then once you see the file in Winrar drag it on the desktop then it will extract to the desktop then once its done that open the file up and on debbo v3.5 pic click once then right click and set as adminastrator then open it up! I had the same prob now im good!
