  • i love that he's got this goofy grin on his face like the whole training video

  • Big big!!!

  • this must be from the UNC days. dude is a whole lot bigger now.

  • @2:08 julius looks like a giant compared to his trainer

  • no bench, squat deadlift, snatch, shoulder press etc...... this is definitely not his real weightlifting workout

  • @NacreousCTD Wow ... so because you run 5 miles and use a stair stepper you believe that you are in better physical shape than even an average NFL player, let alone Julius Peppers. Get a life buddy, you're an average joe who is not happy with your own life and physical shape and therefore decides to "bash" professional athletes. How about you go train a little harder on one of those longs "breaks" you have doing nothing during these 72 hour shifts you speak of.

  • so happy he plays for da bears

  • god he is beautiful

  • you wouldn't know it but at 1:19 those are 75lbs weights in each hand.

  • 2:08 He looks like a giant

  • @BlazW28 You got that right. Peppers is 6-7, 287 lbs. He looks bigger than he is listed.

  • he could eat one of them dudes lol

  • lol @ 1:20 hes the same height as those two guys bent down

  • @agonizedfever bro ur stupid as fuck ESPN even said Julius Peppers was 300 lbs sooo @__@ i believe the weight comes from muscle....GET SOME SON

  • Julius Peppers is a complete beast and seems to be a decent guy here despite all the negative stories we hear about him....he doesn't look that big for an NFL player though. Just goes to show how bodybuilding is so different from training for a sport.

  • Haha he said he doesnt like to work out look how fukin big he is bro full of shit

  • @tayedrummer15 haha yeah...he is lying...its impossible to get that huge and strong only with these silly flexibility exercises..i know he is benchpressing at least 300 lbs to warm up and probably squatting 400 lbs

  • This guy looks nothing like 300lbs...damn nice bro

    :) BEAST MODE INGAGE

  • @UknoMane99 shut up nigga he's 250 your 50 pounds off atleast know some basic shit before saying "he doesnt look 300"

  • @agonizedfever How did his comment upset you? He was just basically saying he looked good. He's not 250. He's listed at 6'7 287.

  • @DauntingChimera holy man i thought he was 6'5 260 sorry man i had no idea.

  • wow what a awesome kid really down to earth not full of him self love to see more and more of this kid..

  • JP is the man! Go Bears!

  • he went my school 8D!

  • Dedicated, lol tell Carolina how "dedicated" you are

  • @NCSportsMan70 dont hate...appreciate

  • Look at Julius Peppers cousin he runs 4.23 in the 40 yard dash his name is William Speed Barnes check him out

  • They wouldnt renew his contract, that's why he left....Chicago offered more money so he left

  • @ballinballer03 No he hated it in Carolina. He didn't like Carolina's defensive scheme so that's why he wanted to leave.

  • Smart man he does a lot of core work thats one thing a lot of athletes need more of

  • Thats right bitch, I mow his yard. Mofo be rolling thru in a silver passat from early 2000's! when he wants to be recognized drives the land rover. He even got a blunt room on the top of his house!

  • What?!?! this is his workout dang and all this other big offensive line blockers who supposly strong and powerful can't block him... Dang Peppers must be dedicated to get get by anyways lol repect

  • Easily the best DE in the league.... i wuz so mad wen Carolina wouldn' t pay him, he wuz worth the money, but we want to b cheap...... well at least we get the no. 1 draft pick this year hope we use it wisely

  • @ballinballer03 wouldnt pay him!? where u get your info from? he made over 1.2 mil a game his last year with the panthers dude! he was the highest paid panther!

  • @stitchmorg they weren't going to pay him what he wanted on his new contract, so he left, (the bears were gonna pay him more).... that's what i meant

  • @ballinballer03 nah, thats not what i heard at all. Not saying your wrong, but i heard he was basically forced out of the panthers. he played for carolina teams his whole life. Your probably right though, NFL cant really make teams trade players

  • @ballinballer03 And I really hate my team for that to. Some of these owners need a little bit of "mark kuben dust" sprinkled on them. I just wonder how he might of been now that we have a new coach, staff, and competitive QB now.

  • He looks like Carl Johnson and at 3:15 he is kneeling and is still taller than that guy

  • Omeletpants Sucks %$#@!

  • hahaha from 1:20 to 1:27 watch how small he makes those men look lol smh

  • Man, hees so big it makes does guys look like midgets at 1:20

  • wat cleats is he wearing?

  • he looks like hes having fun i would love to work with danny

  • To all you Carolina Panthers fans (like myself): In Week 14 of the 2008 season, Julius Peppers blocked his first PAT attempt in the Panthers' win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

  • 2:10 he is as tall as the other guy even though he's on his knees. That's a beast right there

  • I MET HIM TODAY

  • Peppers is now 300 lbs. I would love to see someone from Atlanta Fire Company line up in front of this Beast. That's why he's so durable because of this type training.

  • That's training? Come to Atlanta Fire Academy, well show you real training.

    watch?v=k2SrEi04HkM&feature=related

^check it out bears fans, here is a real warrior (take note @ :26 youll b seeing that alot over the next 10+ years! :)

  • @Eagles773 Yes, you are.

  • Comment removed

  • @Eagles773 Joke, eh? How about reading it for what it is, a statement, I see no reference to a joke. Maybe you should have participated a bit more in your schooling's, than butcher the hell out of classic songs with your dire singing and guitar playing. I have to quickly resort to the originals as a sort of malaise to an ennui after listening to yours. I will not reply to any response you may have nor will I read anymore narrow-minded backwoods trash messages from Eagles773. Ok, bye kiddo..

  • @NacreousCTD wow youre an idiot. i have seen fire academy training its the same template every where. football training is 10 X the amount of hard work. dont just look at Peppers training and this isnt even his full regime.

  • @raidgal I'll tell you what, I'm going do you a favor. I understand that you are a fan of this guy so your natural instinct is to deny someone else proposal and implement your own by forging the idea that you know something about the world of fire academy. Think about this, about 70% of the US fire dept. is made up of volunteer. Would you like to know why? It's because most cities are of very small population, so public funding is very small.

  • @raidgal I happen to work in one of the top 5 most dangerous cities for fire in all of the country. We need to be more competent at our job than small city establishments because of the call volume and the types of calls. We are as you would call, the elite group of the establishment, swift water rescues, downed electrical wires, tactical insertion (repelling from roof tops that are 40+ floors), helicopter extraction and on and on. So my friend, you are beyond wrong in your attempt to reply

  • Comment removed

  • @NacreousCTD i am actually not a fan of his, but i respect his work ethic and for you to say this is nothing with youre sarcastic remark , then i really have no respect for you.

id like to see you play an nfl game go through an nfl practice andtraining camp with workouts, weights, cardio and foot work and position work. a 12 hour day non stop 7 days a week. thats cool you area fire fighter, good for you.

  • @raidgal damn tried his life

  • @raidgal Fire fighting is a different kind of monster. The danger is 10x more real than football, in fact, fire fighting has claimed more lives than just about any other job in the USA. I run 5miles every morning w/ a 35lb. weighted vest, I do a stair-stepper 3xs a week for about 10 mins. @ a time with 75lbs on my body (half can't even get passed 4mins).

  • @raidgal We work 24-72hr. shifts, non-stop. And no, not all fire training is the same. You think someone in Idaho receives the same training as FDNY.? We dont have the luxury of going indoors to a nice million dollar facility when its raining or its too hot... there are no excuses. We are constantly exposed to toxins, chemicals, smoke inhalation and diseases everyday... We don't fill our body with artificial garbage to perform, we are actual hardworking Americans that do it b/c we love it.

  • @NacreousCTD You're a fucking idiot. Die in a fire.

  • Are You Saying that 6'7'' is SMALL?

  • He actually has a really small frame for a DE. Look how small his forearms and wrists are at :30. But with that said, the man is still a beast.

  • @LayEmOut60 If Peppers (6'7'' 290 lbs.) is "small" then

    I (6'1'' 175 lbs.) am nearly non-existent

  • @ChrisRane Haha. No I don't think the man is small, I think his frame is small. He's a naturally lean guy who added a lot of muscle. That's what I was getting at with the comment abou this wrist size. I guess lean would be a better term than small, so I'll make that clarification. That's probably why he's so athletic as opposed to just being a bullrusher like some bigger DE's.

  • YEA CHICAGO RULES!

  • god he is large

  • 6-7' 280 DE in 4-3 thats just wrong.....

  • @vanbastin1 how is it wrong

  • @chrisiztheman1618 2good..

  • Lol he was doing suprise attacks on the dummys

  • Steroids

  • That is a tall dude

  • i've watched almost all the panther games for the last 5-6 years

and let me tell you something

this guy is SO overrated it's not even funny

    I am dead serious

That huge a** contract he just signed is going to get a whole bunch of people fired within the next 2 years.....trust me

  • This was Julius swas slimmer - around 265-270. He gained about 25 pounds a year later. I sure miss having him play for the Panthers.

  • bears still suck ROFL @ lovie smith

  • @phillyeagles217 you still suck @ cock ROFL

  • @phillyeagles217 2-0 ROFL

  • P.S. Did he just say "discipline-ness?" I guess he is not getting paid for his intellect.

  • @Tool46x2 he's a doofus. usally 6-7 foot guys with big heads and ears are dumb

  • @Tool46x2 lol.. i dont think he signed up to be an english teacher or anything

  • I am (and always have been) a Packer fan... that said, if this guy (and the rest of the Bears signings) plays at his peak it will change the division. I'm just hoping we have enough O-Line fire power now to handle Peppers, Suh, Allen, etc... damn.

  • I am adopting to this kind of training, since I love to play on defensive line

  • dumbo ears

  • DAMN! How tall is he?

  • @Antonio27Salazar he's probably 6'6

  • @DarkSkies83 NO HES PROBABLY 6 10

  • Julius FRAZIER Peppers was born Jan. 18, 1980 when JAMES Earl CARTER was president. Boxer Joe FRAZIER was born in BeauFORT, SC and Michael John Smith--the pilot for Space Shuttle Challenger's doomed 1/28/86 mission--was born April 30, 1945 in BEAUfort, seat of CARTERet County, NC. While the U.S. Navy found CHALLENGER's crew cabin, the U.S. Coast Guard's "cold weather season", which brings rougher seas, ends April 30--Michael J. Smith's birthday. Challenger broke apart 73 seconds after liftoff

  • Space Shuttle Challenger broke apart 73 seconds after liftoff on 1/28/86, it's unrelated to Julius Frazier Peppers & the UNC Tar Heels beating the Auburn Tigers 16-10 in the Peach Bowl in ATLANTA on Dec. 31, 2001 or first-ever travel to ATLANTA 16 days later on WWHB civil rights icon Dr. Martin Luther King's 73rd birthday. He was based in ATLANTA at the height of his global prominence. Michael J. Smith (246-68-2102) piloting CHALLENGER could evoke "not accustomed to being challenged" themes

  • The Johnson Space Center makes NASA prominent in HOUSTON. The PALINdrome 2002 NFL Draft saw the HOUSTON Texans pick QB David CARR #1 overall. He would eventually become the CAROLINA PANTHERS teammate of the draft's #2 overall, Julius Peppers. Peppers inked a free agent deal with his 2nd NFL team, the CHICAGO Bears in March 2010. That same month, CARR became a member of the San Francisco 49ers under HOUSTON-born head coach Mike SINGLEtary, who played for the CHICAGO BEARS; Baylor BEARS in college

  • Actor Brian KERwin played Challenger astronaut Michael J. Smith 1990's TV movie "Challenger". Surname KERwin begins sounding "kur". Adding "R" to the KER word root makes KERR, which is pronounced CAR, like NFL QB David CARr, who went #1 overall in the 2002 NFL Draft. Peppers was #2. KERwin starred in starred in EDward FRANKlin ALbee's "The Goat, or Who Is SYLVIA?" KERR is a prominent political name in North Carolina. John Kerr Jr. (1811 1879) was a Congressional Representative b. FEB. 10, 1811

  • @GWhiz99 What is your point?

  • NFL DE Julius PEPPER'S isn’t related to nightclub PEPPERS advertised at 1701 N. Laurent in the Jan. 10, 1987 edition of The Victoria (Texas) Advocate, when Peppers was six years old. Adjacent ads for bars TRACER, THE SPORTS PAGE (in Blue JAY SQ), & CODy’s are unrelated to secret CODE. The paper's Jan. 1, 1987 edition proclaimed politics the #1 story of 1986. KENneth armBRISTER is unrelated to Pittsburgh Steelers QB Bubby BRISTER's ARM; he exited the league the year before PEPPERS arrived: 2001

  • While Julius Peppers wasn't in the league at the same time as Pittsburgh Steelers QB Bubby BRISTER, he CAN terrorize Steelers WR Hines WARD, who was born in SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA. Unrelated to the STONE CULT; 250-62-7325; WARDs of the state; Olympic boxer ROY Jones Jr. of PENsaCOLA, eSCAMbia County, FL; early 1980s K-Mart Michigan headquarters; or WALTER ANDREW BRISTER being born on 8/15/62 in Monroe, Louisiana: Hines WARD & defensive stalwart tROY Polamalu would make a lovely alternative couple

  • Julius Peppers may get a chance to terrorize Ole Miss QB JEREMIAH MASoli, who was born in SAN FRANCISCO & spent his senior year at ST. LOUIS HIGH School in HAWAII. It's unrelated to the 2008 race for president, despite PEPPERS playing for Barack Hussein Obama's CHICAGO Bears; Obama's "Goddamn America" preacher, Rev. JEREMIAH WRIGHT; puppy love; KENYA armBRISTER at 1045 MISSION or 140 DUBOCE in SAN FRANCISCO, CA; THURber's 044-26-0762; BESSIE Brinkley; 121 Whitfield; Obama's father's native KENya

  • Even if Julius Peppers gets to terrorize Ole Miss QB JEREMIAH MASoli in the future, it’s unrelated to prescience (a David Letterman word) or KENYA armBRISTER of SAN FRANCISCO--despite Peppers being a bear of a man and quite similarly built to carLO MASi (b. 1976 in Rome, ITALY) & KARim, who were on a POOL TABLE in that 2004 flick set in SAN FRANCISCO. KARim’s WHITE BAND over SOLID BLACK could evoke an esoteric race relations code. TIPton County, TN has a KENneth armBRISTER + MASON & brighTON

  • Julius Peppers probably has played an NFL game in SAN FRANCISCO, though the Carolina Panthers in the NFC WEST with one game there per year vs. then-divisional rival SF 49ers ceased the year Peppers joined the league: 2002. Peppers likely hasn't been to the Loading Dock at 1525 Mission, near KENneth armBRISTER at 1045 MISSION. Like Julius Peppers, DE KENtwan Balmer (b. 10/15/86) of Weldon, NC played for the UNC Tar Heels; Balmer was drafted by the SF 49ers with the 29th pick in 2008

  • NFL DE Julius PEPPERS isn’t related to nightclub PEPPER'S advertised at 1701 N. Laurent in the Jan. 10, 1987 edition of The Victoria (Texas) Advocate, when Peppers was six years old. PEPPERS may get to terrorize Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb when the Eagles visit his Chicago Bears on 11/28/10 for a 1 PM game. Kolb was born in VICTORIA, TX and was 2 years old on Jan. 10, 1987; he played high school football for the StePHenville High School Yellow Jackets in the seat of Erath County, Texas

  • Who knows if Kevin Kolb stayed in his birthplace long enough to be able to read The VICTORIA (TX) Advocate. But, he attended high school in Erath County, Texas, witch is home to LONE OAK; LINGleville (think LINGering death via CRAFT) CLAIRette (think THEO, hot pizza & cigarette butts), Morgan MILL, THURber (like 044-26-0762). DUFFau there evokes "sitting on do nothing & doing nothing", while THREE WAY could evoke swinging good times--if you're into that sort of thing or have no morality editor

  • NFL DE Julius PEPPERS may yet get to terrorize Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb (b. 1984) and Ole Miss QB JEREMIAH MASOli (b. 1988)--if he joins the league. Kolb & MASOli were both born on AUG. 24th. Surname MASOli needs N & E for MASON LIE. Formerly with the Oregon Ducks, MASOli now plays for head coach HOUSTON NUTt at Ole Miss, while Peppers' agent, Carl E. Carey, lives in HOUSTON. Unrelated to 19212-57 or baiting, public directories show a CARL E. CAREY at 1615 HERmanN & 3547 RUTH in HOUSTON

  • panthers will beat bears this year. bears suck

    PANTHERS RULE!

  • @pantherspride18

Who is the Carolina QB again? Oh yeah, I forgot, Matt Moore!!!! Hilarious...

  • @cubsgo23. matt moore is a better qb than cutler. cutler should have gone to baseball lol, he'd throw in the 90's

  • @packers96worldchamps Lmao so true

  • @midocrimsonfate. haha stupid bear fans, they think a strong arm makes a qb

  • @packers96worldchamps Haha stupid ass kids, everyone knows a good qb is a hung qb aha

  • @packers96worldchamps

Stupid (fudge) packers, they think that taking it from behind is a good workout.

  • @monstermash9. stereotypical bear fan, you have to make a crude statement to try and make a point, it makes you look RETARDED; grow up!

  • @packers96worldchamps PACKERS SUCK BALLS THEY HAVE THE WORST FANS AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SPORTS. YOU GUYS DROVE BRETT FAVRE OUT OF GREEN BAY, YOU GUYS ARE DISLOYAL AND A BUNCH OF NO GOOD HILLBILLY FARMERS.

  • @1drosefan the fans drove him out of green bay? no ted thompson did you moron. second last time i checked we have more loyal fans then shitcago

  • @cubsgo23 did you not see what he did to the vikings and giants? jay cutler with 26 interceptions in one year ... i wouldn't be talking.

  • DA BEARS !!! 2010 !!!

  • DA BEARS!

  • i m pretty sure brett favre shit his pants and is gonna stay his ass retired, unless of course he is willing to take a couple of more rapings from Julius Peppers

  • @MrNaughty101 ...Why the fuck did we give Peppers the most guaranteed money ever!!!!!!!! It makes no sense to me!

I understand the Bears are trying to show we pissed off Bears fans that they are trying to win again but we could of got Peppers for a lot less money leaving us with more money to get other players!!!

There was no bidding war for this bum! WTF did we give him so much damn money!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Its not you Millions so stop hating.

  • Word. Angelo blew his budget on a 30 year old DE and didn't leave $5 M for a safety or a guard. And we need a #1 WR and a CB ! Peppers and Butter better be good ...

  • @MrNaughty101 the pepper was to spicy for him today.

  • da bears

  • Chicago love you already!

  • Olsen needs to go. We can get somebody else for him.

  • dude y get rid off olsen we havent had a tightend like that seence when hmm dacoach mayb haha but i mean we could use brandon (w/e im not goin to try to spell his last name) as a pass blocker and throw greg olsen in like how the colts use dallas clark n as a wide out and lining him up in the slot or fuck 5 wide because were goin to b seeing that alot next year theres alot olsen can do plus get sharper plus its not goin to take 15 weeks to get cutler out of the pocket

  • LOL Go bears.

  • Bears.Fans you just got a Great DE.(for 2-4 games a year)

  • ya dude thats why he averages a sack a game 81 sacks in 8 years

  • I watched Peppers his entire time in Carolina. Please trust me when I say.He takes plays off.But he is a great player I will not denie that

  • It didn't help that he got double teamed every down and played for a team he didn't want to play for. Lots of D linemen get unfairly labeled as taking plays off. Lots of D linemen are taught when they are being double teamed or when it is impossible to get to the QB to just preserve themselves and just cover their gap instead.

  • Peppers has been like that.Since he came into the leauge not just last year.Plus check out Scot folwers article. He counted how many plays Peppers was doubled and it was not that many.

  • oh yeah, we still need o-line...use olsen in a trade...we dnt need him...he suckalot according to the suck-o-meter lol =D

  • are you fucking kidding me. Greg Olsen has the most potential for how sorry the Bears are he always shows heart with going up for a catch

  • is this english?

  • now we need safety, cornerback, and a star wideout like plax or trade olsen for a first round pick so we can get the speedy dez bryant or ND golden tate.....go bears!!!

  • Bears suck!!!!!!!!

  • looks so wrong in a bears jersey. when he retires and goes to the HOF he will be remembered as a panther not a bear.

  • to make the HOF he'll probably have to make a superbowl. which he'll do as a bear

  • make a superbowl LOL do you think peppers is a QB. defensive players aren't judged in how much superbowls they have. btw bears aren't going no where especially with cutler as the QB lol. don't worry we will win one then send him one just like the colts did with edgerrin james.

  • Not with Jake del homo at the helm. The panthers will be stagnant this year, just as they were the prior year.

  • Panthers blow chunks. How many super bowl rings do you hicks have?

  • who cares if he will be remembered as a panther. the fact is you just lost a great player and the bears just got a great player. panthers fans are just to dumb to admit that peppers is one of if not the best DE in the league. he will fit great in chicago. and also how do you know he looks wrong in a bears jersey??? there have been no photos with him in bears kit yet.

  • @higginbotham31 "to* dumb" look who's talking. Nice try, idiot.

  • thats how you spell dumb. idiot. whats sad is you didnt have anything to say back to my comment because its true, so then you try to pick out a spelling mistake which you failed at.

  • Lol, I placed the (*) clearly after 'to', not 'dumb'. Why? Because in that context, one would use 'too' as opposed to 'to'. Who's an idiot now? Lol. I pity your pedantic ways.

  • @higginbotham31 Your grammar is horrid. You must be one of those idiotic football junkies. I suggest you study more, get a life. Instead of down talking other fans. Too bad everyone can not be intellectually gifted as I.

  • wait a minute, first of all how is my grammar horrid??? second of all why does it matter what my grammer is like ??? we are on youtube and lastly someone said that peppers is a bad signing so im just sticking up for the bears and peppers like any fan would. so piss off you shit

  • @higginbotham31 "Grammer". lol. You sir (or kid), are pathetic. I truly will pray for you.

  • you spelt it grammar so i was copying you because you are so big on spelling mistakes, so i thought that u would beable to spell . and u still havent told me why i am pathetic is it because i proved you wrong?? u just cant admit that you lost a great DE.

  • @higginbotham31 lol. Grammar is the correct way of spelling it. Not 'grammer' as you said it. Nice try idiot.

  • o right my bad. well at least i spelt it right the first time eh??? anyways the fact of the matter is julius peppers is a great DE and im excited cause hes a bear and ur annoyed cause he is no longer a panther. can we just get past this???

  • @higginbotham31 Kudos for accepting your mistake. But, that's where I disagree. Peppers was nothing when he was here, besides, we still have Everette Brown, who's going to be 10x better than Peppers ever was. And besides, we have a strong power two-headed back offense, who cares about defense.

  • suppose ur right. i which ur panthers the best of luckk and i hope peppers fits in very well with my bears

  • @higginbotham31 Same here. Let's hope Cutler will differ more than 1 between his TD's and INT's this year.

  • LOL yea hope so. is matt more ur starter now?? cause delhomme got cut didnt he?

  • @higginbotham31 Yup. Kind of sad watching him cry at the press conference. lol.

  • "we still have Everette Brown, who's going to be 10x better than Peppers ever was" lol, Homer much?

  • I care if hes rembered as a panther because he might be the 1st panther in the hall of fame and that something special. i never said hes bad in my mind hes the best diffensive player in the leauge. another thing how about if urlacher would swaped teamshis prime after being in the same team for so long it would look wrong right. so you cant say nothing cause your not a panther fan. with all that said i want him to continue having a great career.

  • The Monsters Of The Midway will be in full effect in 2010

  • welcome to chitown baby!

  • Trains the muscles around the shoulder, helps with injury prevention. Its not a mass building exercise, but should help with rotator cuff injury prevention.

  • hes coming to the chi!!!!!!!!!!!!

    GO BEARS

  • man i wish he would stay with carolina!

  • Probably the best DE in football when he actually tries.

  • welcome 2 da Bears

  • @moss4life100

obviously this dumb fuck knows nothing about a rotator cuff

  • Silly workout very funny. Julius has his way with any 300 pound off lineman benching and squating the entire gym. Extraordinary Speed is the key to war and speed equals power.
