I think both MW3 and BF3 are really bland first person shooters. A good first person shooter hasn't come out since Bad Company 2 and I wish both franchises would stop remaking the same game over and over. I also wish fanboys would quit their crying, both games suck.

how bout this. Both are gud games. Over all battle field 3 does beat cod in terms of story and all that. But not in terms of peoples opinions. The COD community is REALLY big. Infinity ward has sledge hammer and raven soft ware with them. So they can make a WHOLE new call of duty game. Its a matter of time. If they make a COD game similar to the last one (MW2-MW3 example) then its over for the company. They will loose money.

Call of Duty is comparable to a Michael Bay's The Rock, big explosions, guns, screaming, and more explosions. Battlefield is comparable to Ridley Scott's Black Hawk Down, drawn out sequences of violence and gore, intense emotional moments when you yourself don't think you're going to live, and immense realism of war.

Just bought it today. My advice... don't buy it. Waste of money, dying after every kill, maps are too small, connections always fail. Not worth 60 dollars.

I only see two new game modes, Kill Count,(or something like that) and Survival. The graphics haven't updated much since MW2. I haven't seen anything on IW's part on improving the engine.

As far as oblivions skill comment below, the only skill u aquire in the Cods is who can aim their weapon quicker and if not that then no scope is the skill. Btfld however uses an entirely realistic shooting system which actually takes time to learn and skill, mad skill. If u think im wrong, go online in Cod an listen to "wtf he didnt even hit me?!?" where btfld is " oh shit, mad props. That def got me"
To be honest I like both games I like bf3 better though because in mw3 there's to many campers and ppl using the gl and the only thing they did to stop that is make it not the first weapon unlock and bf3 has shit u can drive and fly and it's fun to crash into your friends
I played all previous call of duty games, loved all of em, never did i even think nor look at battlefield games before battlefield 3, mw3 is honestly the exact game as mw2 with a patch.. a bunch of my buddies all ripped on me for buying bf3 and they all got mw3 but now have sold cod and bought bf3 instead... just the total quality and overall look and feel of the game is better then cod. it is a new game.. not an older game with smaller and worse maps

And also theonly reason Cod games succeed more than btfld is for the simple fact that Cod games have a vast amount of gameplay modes. Btfld always has 4-6 types of matches. Cod will coninue to dominate the market as long as capture the flag, domination, headquarters r still used.

As far as oblivions skill comment below, the only skill u aquire in the Cods is who can aim their weapon quicker and if not that then no scope is the skill. Btfld however uses an entirely realistic shooting system which actually takes time to learn and skill, mad skill. If u think im wrong, go online in Cod an listen to "wtf he didnt even hit me?!?" where btfld is " oh shit, mad props. That def got me"

I played all previous call of duty games, loved all of em, never did i even think nor look at battlefield games before battlefield 3, mw3 is honestly the exact game as mw2 with a patch.. a bunch of my buddies all ripped on me for buying bf3 and they all got mw3 but now have sold cod and bought bf3 instead... just the total quality and overall look and feel of the game is better then cod. it is a new game.. not an older game with smaller and worse maps
