i went and did the math on it and the highest age that kyle could possibly be is 3 months. because when derrick went to the christmas party she said that she conceived kyle the year before at the christmas party and most likely she carried him 9 months which would make him 3 months at the time of the christmas party with lisa. yeah. complicated.

Actually in the movie, Beyonce said, they conceived Kyle the last time he "didn't eat and got drunk" at the Christmas Party. So I took that as it being a couple of years ago. She didn't actually say the "last" christmas party.
