  • the merger is not final it needs fcc approval contact the fcc at fccinfo@fcc.gov

  • @andru502 its pretty much likely to happen...they already released a webcast of the meeting between the 2 for their investors

  • @TonyTellem i know its likely to happen as of last year the fcc was not happy with the lack of cellular competition so its not completely impossible but i wont let it happen without at least complaining to the right people and encouraging others to do the same i use 7 gb of data a month att will anally rape over that plus hspca+ is superior to lte at the moment due to battery consumption the merger is great for bolth companies but consumers and android loose in the end

  • @TonyTellem no its not it will prob not happen cuz the DOJ filed sut 2 block it /watch?v=CxwRsecCBpg

  • The only people that seem to be happy are the AT&T customers...alot of T-Mobile people are upset...including me

  • @Charmer4856 i hope att does the responsible thing and lets tmobile customers keep their contracts and all their features, the best case scenario would be ATT letting Tmo stay an individual entity and oly really change things at a network level but thats unlikely :(

  • ATT is not responsible enough to not screw consumers over... try calling ATT and asking about the merger or asking to talk to a manager. they say shit like "i can neither confirm nor deny the merge" 'duh, i dont know shit" even tho its all over the news
