I've been to many dealers these past few days looking for an civic si sedan and its tough trying to get them to lower the price using that program and wondered if you had any luck.

Nah, I got my car back in December. The ones benefiting from cash for clunkers are the dealerships... They mark up the cars about 2.5k above sticker, when you could get it 2k under sticker on a normal day. So your cash for clunker money bascially goes directly to them lol.

dude i have a 2009 and my second gear set is fucked, been that way since i drove it off the lot with 0 miles...my first oil change is coming up in like 20 % and Honda put in a service call to big honda in japan so ill figure out then what they are gonna do about the synchro

its been said that they fixed the 3rd gear problem, not 100% sure though.......but just to let u know i got no problems.....

it still has a little grinding when shifting to 2nd gear but not a HUGE problem like the popping out
