1) The first hand and foot fill was just seven and nine strokes LLRRFFL and LLRRFFRRL.

2) The second was BRLRBRBBR.

3) After that I'm not sure because it goes out of sync and soon after there is no more sound but the video plays...

4) The fills are based around two to four hits with the hands and one to two hits on the bass drum. The issue is you need a foot fast enough to play the doubles on the bass drum at 32 second note speeds.

Yeah, I think you're right. Practising double bass rolls with heel-toe can bring you up to that kind of speed. This vid is so outta sync it's a shame.

Yeah, I think Gerald is probably the most "musical" of all the gospel chops drummers. It seems like he hears himself as a fusion of Benard Purdie, Steve Gadd and Dennis Chambers :-)
