  • which doll is that?

  • Great video! So helpful :) Thanks for posting. I have a brunette Kenner Blythe I'm thinking about doing some scalpin'...

  • Iv just got an original kenner Blythe doll and this is not how you remove it are you mad?

  • @JoanCollins2009

Well this is how I removed -mine-. It worked for me.

If there's a better method, what is it?

  • @Loogie2

i send you a message :) i get very mad with mine lol

  • Thank you for good video. It IS very good and helpful,

because if you just spent around $1000 dollars on a Kenner , you need ALL the help and ideas, and tips you can possible imagine. So Thumbs up for THIS Video!

Keep doing more.Best Regards from a Blythe Collector from New York City

  • thanks for showing :)

  • I found this video to be very helpful. Though I would love to see the scalp put back on the hard plastic to see just how hard it is and how long it takes.

  • True dat, but so many threads were popping up on TIB at the time asking how to do this I thought I'd make a video.

  • ignore that person. they may have "wasted 4 minutes and 33 seconds" watching your video, but they wasted more time leaving a rude negative comment on your video.

this videos helpful. ofcoarse anyone can remove a headcap.. but not everyone knows how to do it without causing damage. very explanitory video.

  • @usagidesu

gurl or boy (or both lol)

u r stupid wat if u DIDNT know how and were cautious of ur doll's head!?!?

  • this helped me yesterday getting that residue off the scalp line, I had massive problems with pinching the lip things in - mine must be particularly awkward lol! Thanks helped a lot

  • Amazing tutorial!!!!!

Thanks alot 4 sharing it :)

  • what did you say about bratz?

  • Go to eBay, and search for "Kenner Blythe".

  • they are not like fucking bratz. Bratz are ugly, and for 9 yr olds. -.-

  • I have an ADG, is it the same?

I heard the ADG dolls are replicas of the original Kenner dolls. So is the process the same?

  • No, it is not. ADGs open up the same way an EBL Takara does.

  • have you ever opened a SBl girl?

  • @lusciousmami77 have you ever tried to open PWP? It is complete NIGHTMARE. I ended up breaking the dome and had to use glue to put the doll back together.

  • The Kenner scalp mechanism is just plain genius , way better then the SBl takara mold and maybe even than the RBL mold.

  • Thank you so much for showing us how to do this. Please post more on restoring Kenners as I have 3 in need of help.

  • Brave woman! I love how it's all "a pain" but you make it look easy.

  • thank you!!!, i love your blythe.

  • Excellent...just posted on TIB last night for precisely this :) Thank-you so much! :)

  • Wow, you're so brave! Thanks for this video! :O
