@Willforbes296532 Doesn't work the same way for Bliz games the way it does with Valve games. Bliz don't sell their games on Steam, they don't have sales to put the game down to $5-$10. Valve however have Steam sales all the time. That's why you were able to get Portal 2 for £10. Remember, Blizzard is part of Activision, the most generous sale Activision ever had was just 40% off, and that was a game that had it's base price $10 dollars more than all other PC games.

As for buying Portal 2 and it's expansion for $15. That's fair enough because Portal is a very, very small game released by Valve. Expect to be paying $80 - $100 for this game up to a year after it's released.

You oviously have missed the point about this style of game altogether if your satisfied playing it all by yourself expecting to get the complete experience. In Diablo 2 players who had money to spare could use 3rd party websites to buy equipment/weapons and diablo 3 will be no different in that regard except now its self contained and easier for the players.

If you're a real gamer, you'll play on Hardcore mode, and when you play Hardcore mode you can't use that real money AH.
I understand your concern about no offline play, but I worried about that with SC2, and that has never been a problem, neither has no LAN support. So I'm not going to worry now.

I'm sure it'll be fun. But for a game that's been in development for so long, I think the graphics and animations are sub par. The animations look choppy and unnatural. I would've preferred more fluidity and for them to have a bit more weight behind them. You know, to look like an actual person instead of a character model that's been animated by hand.

A lot of people are hating on this game, but I think its gonna be awesome. the Co-OP is going to be be a great time and those combat animations are superb . Going be so fun going back to the Diablo universe.

Takes time to make a really good game... Look at Diablo 2, out for ten years and tons of ppl still play it despite poor graphs, I don't think anyone is going to come out with better gameplay hack n slash then Diablo 3 anytime soon even if they do end out having better graphs.

I love how they keep the gameplay simple and more importantly, FUN !! I remember how fun playing diablo and dungeon siege series was :) But the latest installment of DS series, DS III is a big dissappoinment for me :(
There is one thing that slightly bothering my mind, the art style is unique and still diablo-ish but it seems a bit too flashy and colourful. Arhh hell with that, i just wanna play this hack 'n slash rpg and gain all the fun !

It look a lot with Dungeon siege 2 only a little better graphic.First when I was looking the first time to diablo 3,with the barbarian in action,was cool,but now I realize that more you advance in game,more the same is.Where is the difference ? Same quests,same stuff,only different characters,why can we choose options were every character has a beginning and an end ? Boring ! Just like starcraft 2 and i bought that game

I'm getting the cracked version for offline sp. Why the fuck would I pay for a game that will give me lagg in offline mode and no gameplay when servers are down?

I am here to clarify that real currency AH is the same as in-game currency AH house it just u use real money and basically blizz will not sell premium shit on it but other players will decide which AH they want to use. For example i could be selling epic on real money currency (that i picked up from loot), and repeat there are no premium, or item that better than others. kthxbai

You oviously have missed the point about this style of game altogether if your satisfied playing it all by yourself expecting to get the complete experience. In Diablo 2 players who had money to spare could use 3rd party websites to buy equipment/weapons and diablo 3 will be no different in that regard except now its self contained and easier for the players.

@Time4TruthDOTorg The real money thing is, as Blizzard as stated, something that would happen already. Blizzard is just making it easier for everyone to do it, but you know what's great? If you're a real gamer, you'll play on Hardcore mode, and when you play Hardcore mode you can't use that real money AH.
I understand your concern about no offline play, but I worried about that with SC2, and that has never been a problem, neither has no LAN support. So I'm not going to worry now.

Anyone who actually has been reading about this game in it's development period should know that they wanted to make a game without outstanding graphics, 'cause the main idea of the project is reach all types of gamers, not just the rich ones, who can have a mega-blasting machine with the top-rated equipments... So, try to be informed about things before start saying so many shit...

I'm sure it'll be fun. But for a game that's been in development for so long, I think the graphics and animations are sub par. The animations look choppy and unnatural. I would've preferred more fluidity and for them to have a bit more weight behind them. You know, to look like an actual person instead of a character model that's been animated by hand.
But whatever.
