What are the special features on the second movies steelbook and do they differ from the regular movies special features

what are the special features on all saints day steelbook. I have the steelbook of the first movie and a regular copy of the second film, but if there are other extras on the second steelbook then i'm more than willing to part with 20 bucks on amazon

Awesome - I searched the internet for scans of the BDS: All Saints Day Steelbook - Ouside and Inside but haven't found the wonderful pictures of Murphy & Connor - could you scan them? That would be so fu**ing awesome!!
