I did just a little bit of digging to see if the claims of Unions taking advantage of these "waivers" was true. Here's the HHS website with the list of approved applications: hhs.gov/ociio/regulations/approved_applications_for_waiver.html
From looking at the first 156 companies on that list, over 20% of them were unions...and that's just from me taking a glancing pass and recognizing the obvious ones (Local 35, Teamsters, United ...).

Get a waiver from what? The mandate? Okay, but anyone who knows any game theory would know that isurance companies have a problem with asymmetric information, so the mandate will lower costs. If this healthcare bill is so bad, then why did Republicans constantly put it up as a way to fix healthcare between 1990 and 2008? Get a waiver from what? The mandate? Okay, but anyone who knows any game theory would know that isurance companies have a problem with asymmetric information, so the mandate will lower costs. Nothing in any law about "evolution" as a requirement for marriage. If we go with your so called logic, people who choose not to have kids should also be outlawed from marrying.

The alleged bottom line is less than half of the waivers went to an unspecified group of "allies" of "big labor"... so who got the other 55%? "Allies" of big business? ...And that's even using statistics that were doctored, misleading, and deliberately misread!

As a Democrat, I think Anthony should lose his office now for such an about face...but making fun of his name and then dressing up a hot dog... it paints you guys as childish.
