Any noodles will do or even spagetti. Soy sauces alone will not make the chow mein taste good. You must adds other ingredients, like salt, sugar, pepper, msg...

Okaisauces will make your cooking perfect every time. You can use any kind of noodle. If you don't have access to asian noodle, use spagetti.
