YTV doesn't dub anime yes, but they view shows before they are put on TV, thus they tell dubbing companies what to censor.

YTV doesn't edit anime! They've blanked out the odd swear word, but I wouldn't really call that editing...
And did the audience members not know that BECK was airing on Much Music at the time? Unedited too.
And Avatar (while a good show) isn't anime at all.
