I think this line is such a good summary of why I love DAIR. Blair and Dan really have become the center of GG and is the only reason I still watch the show. I like how both of them have been enemies,frenemeis,aquaintences and friends throughtout the seasons. However- I trule love what is happening now btwn them and how they are both starting to show their true feelings for one another.
I agree with you all. I also used to love Chuck and Blair but now I think it's time for Blair and Dan to be together, I think the need each other a lot more than Chuck and Blair and now its time for her to move on to Dan Dair forever love ya. And I do believe they are soul mates
anyone else notice that every time blair's heart gets broken by louis or chuck, dan is always there for her, to take her away or to hold her hand. I like that fact that Blair is herself with dan, not all obsessed with being powerful and rich all the time...
ive been dairing for ages, and u know how tiring that can get. simply becuz she keeps choosing chuck, the prince, never dan. but watching these dair moments make me believe that dan n blair relationship is built so carefully. and the songs to every scene they have together is so perfect! during that scene where chuck fessed up to raina n dan holding blair's hand, the song- 'love will never let me down' is just RIGHT. i want to believe dair is endgame <3
I love how Dan says: I think you deserve to be with someone who makes you happy! and means that Chuck is NOT that person. I wish they had played that factor more in season 4, but now I have to wait to see if it happens in season 5: Blair finding out that Dan is the one who makes her happy.
Chuck may be who Blair wants, but Dan is who she needs. Intellectually, they have a lot in common as well. Let's face it: Chuck and Nate are not big readers or lovers of old movies. I'd really love to see more progression of 'Dair' next season.
Yeah I really hope they continue to explore their relationship next season. Chuck and Blair used to be EPIC during seasons 1 & 2, but they've been completely run into the ground - so much so that I can't see them ever being redeemed. I definitely think it's time to move on to someone else and Dan seems more compatible with Blair now that they're both older and more mature.

I love their relationship with one another. He gives her great advice and she listens. Blair always says Dan follows her lead but really it's the other way around. I used to think Chuck is Blair's one true love but now I know It's DAN. :D
@moonflower2007 OMG couldn't agree more! At the beginning of the Dan and Blair friendship/relationship I thought yeahh they're cute, they can date or whatever but Chuck and Blair will still be endgame...now though meh not so much DAIR is going all the way <3
