@HowardTheClem The CD is "Beethoven's Greatest Hits" on CBS Records. The iTunes link is in the info bar on the right. The album of the same name on iTunes is actually a different compilation, but it does have this version of Fur Elise that is exactly the same.

This transcription definitely brings out a variety of very interesting ideas for interpretive purposes; most helpful for pianists who play this piece! Certainly, this would be a great, if not masterful way of performing this musical piece emotionally on the piano itself!
