@spareaxe I can certainly understand anyone who lists the totally moronic film "Fandango" as one of their favorites not appreciating a great film like Mouchette.
The single most depressing film I have ever seen but I can understand it from the time it was made telling the world not everything is as good as Mary Poppins says it is. Punching myself in the dick would be less painful then watching this again. I can't seem to find anything on the young actress Nadine Nortier though. I'm guessing the director forgot to shout cut for the last scene.

i didnt particularly enjoy this, mouchette just wasnt a sympathetic enough character for this film to work completely, in my opinion. still, it is very well made, and bresson is a talented director
@rafael28 I really hope that when people see this they realize that suicide isn't the answer. Great movie and a great piece of french art but I hope everyone knows that's not the way to freedom. No matter how bad life is keep in mind someone out there has it far worse. just a side note
Someone called mouchette has been ailing me. Any help on who this could be???

where can I watch this movie?

All the actors walked around like some sort of Zombies, and if the girl committed suicide earlier it would have been an improvement.

Este es un poema más que un film. Demasiado hermoso.

Such a sad Ending for Mouchette-
And, I believe this Actress, Nadine Nortier, wss a fine little actress--
What happened to her? Is she still acting? Is she in France? I live in France-
We are about the same age-
She is so, so pretty!

@bakanbi
Dude, it says "last scene" right there in the video description. The fact that you can't read French is nobody's fault but your own.
