I feel that the "overloading of words" gives this song the right atmosphere, how each verse starts with pretty much the same line and then jeffrey's stream of consciousness style make this song feel quite dream-like, the tangents that he goes off on. Ramblings about life, just because he though he saw will oldham on the L train in the morning. . It makes this a true masterpiece.
