We had a neighbor who was a stuntman for Richard Boone. He told my family that Boone was deathly afraid of horses. However, whenever I closely watch an old episode, he seems to be perfectly content on a horse. Who knows?

The Western Channel is going to show one of the 2 episodes of "Have Gun Will Travel" that Duane Eddy apperared in. Episode 73, 1961 is The Education of Sarah Jane and it will air on August 4, 2010 at 3:30PM PDT/ 6:30PM EDT USA. The show will repeat on August 5, 2010 at 6:30AM PDT/ EDT USA. Duane plays Whitney.

Duane and Richard met on the set of "A Thunder Of Drums" that was also made in 1961 and is shown on The Western Channel from time to time

to museack: sometimes--there are people that are close relatives--that don't resemble one another.....but a for me; i CAN see a bit of a resemblance; Pat Boone's features are not that delicate; has a little roughness to them; like his cousin Richard; whom has been described as having" a magnificiently ruined " face. Richard's face was quite interesting; whereas his cousin Pat was what one would call handsome......

How many of you know that Richard Boone (Paladin) was a direct descendent of Daniel Boone and a cousin of singer Pat Boone!! I sure miss that show and those halcyon days!!!
