All I'm just saying is IF education was enforced on all the people of Afghanistan in the first place regardless of where they lived There would be no Pashtoonwalli, or at least it would be modified drastically. It depends on what you mean by education. People can be extremely qualified in term of educational qualification but yet still be ignorant when it comes to their humanity. There are countless examples of highly educated peoples commiting the worst crimes.

Government enforced education has been very bad too, it was basically combined the worst from east & west.
