@defender700 : if you just focus on what the rest of the video reveals, you will know Rick is hallucinating. The phone was not working, and the person he was "talking to" was his dead wife. He removed the cord from the outlet, but he keeps on hering her voice. In the comics, he was already with high fever and his son fend for him while he recovers. When he looks like he is going to die, his son points a gun to his head, because if he dies he will turn to zombie as anybody who dies.

I don't think this is from the upcoming AMC made for tv. The obvious reason, is that on the AMC channel, these aren't the two actors. Second the wig was horrible, but the fake arm actually looked pretty good. Final, this scene is too far for them to film. I don't think this claimed to be the show, but I"m kinda relieved that it isn't. Otherwise it was not bad.
