  • Fiddlin' Kate is the blond girl. Not sure what her last name is.

  • Who's is the blond girl with the violin??

  • Oh what a rocker!!!

  • This brings back memories of when I was about 13. My parents took us to Town Hall Party. I believe the piano player was blind. Don't know his name. Bob Luman who at times lived across the street from us, was a friend of Ricky Nelson. They used to ride their motorcycles down our street. We girls just prayed that one of them would hit us, we were so in love with them...

  • @scaliwagcali

Just found out the piano player was Jimmy Pruitt

  • what ahell? jerry lee lewis??????? the piano player is so BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGIE

  • Wow, the piano player loves life!

It's funny to see a man on fire playing such a little piano

  • I just love Rockabilly and Rock n Roll. Looking forward to the Screamin' Festival at Pineda De Mar in Spain this year.

  • The piano player and the guitar player are amazing ! Because of they I think it's the best rendition of this song ever. Even better than Elvis and Little Richard.

  • that electric guitar player looks a little bit like Jerry Lee Lewis (but much shorter hairs of course) LOL :P

  • Do you have his song Shame on Me....if you do can you upload it pleaseeeee....so love that song

  • i have watched all these videos of ready teddy covers and i must say, the best is from buddy holly hands down.

  • That lead break is from Rock Around the Clock. What a class combination of musicians, great job everyone. In my opinion the best version of this song is Buddy hollys cover version, however i HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS BRILLIANT!!!

  • Great! This is a textbook example of speedfreak Conehead piano playing. This life is amazing.

  • Wow, that piano player moves like he's got a wind up key on his back, and it's wound to the breaking point!

  • This is Awsome Thanks For Post it,Gibson are great and the Piano-player to someone who know his name?

  • Jimmy Pruitt

  • Ok,Thank you

  • Bravo! This is real music the way it should be :)

  • imbecille 6 tu ke nn capisci un cazzo di rock'n'roll sentiti vasco è il massimo a cui puoi arrivare

  • I wonder which landfill that piano is in now.

  • promagnum: I don't know, but what about Bob's suit and shoes? I'll bet they're rotting away next to an empty jar of Dippity Dew, and the top half of a Barbie doll that now houses a big red millipede!

  • @kapacon lol, DippityDew had not been invented yet, maybe Vitalis ;o)

  • Man All of these guys must have constant IV drips of crack or something. I've never seen anyone so active.

  • Another lively performance from Bob with Jimmy Pruitt doing his best to wreck that old piano!

  • Nashville's Grand Ole Opry trying to Copy Elvis and the Sun Records Memphis Rockabilly sound !!!

  • bring back rock n roll.

  • bring back rock n roll. its the best. go man go.

  • Togliete quest'imbecille.

    E' un insulto a Elvis.

    Jmorris

  • By today's production standards this sounds and looks like a major train wreck...but damn wasn't just coooooool as hell!

  • Kitty's there again with that fiddle , she sure is some thing else .

  • I was hopin' he'd start boppin' with the blonde.

  • wow what a great performance from everyone on that stage, they looked to be having such fun.& as for the pianno player, well i was expecting the pianno to go bang,as it looked a bit rickety lol.

  • hahah the piano player has got some job

  • Flatherskid, congratulations. I write from Chile, youtube search DISCO 45 and VIVA EL ROCK AND ROLL of Manuel Vargas.

  • MORE BOB LUMAN !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • rockabilly

  • It sounds great to be from all those years ago. WOW!

  • like that guy on the piano, he's just playing the heck out of that thing, lol

  • A few licks sound identical to lead part on rock around clock. Which came out first??

Also was he before or after Elvis. I see alot of similar style too??

  • Rock Around the Clock was recorded in April 1954, three months before Elvis recorded his first rockabilly. Bob Luman, like many country artists at that time were influenced by seeing Elvis perform. Elvis did nine one-nighters in a row in the Kilgore area, and Bob Luman went to every one of them. He said "That's the last time I tried to sing like Webb Pierce or Lefty Frizzell". Bob Luman first recorded in 1955.

  • I know y'all dont know it but you are laughing at a blind man - the piano player that is -- his name is Jimmy Pruett and he was hot !!

  • omg it does look like tricky dick on piano

  • Freakin' fun stuff....

  • anyone got "all american boy"? i think bob luman recorded it.

  • that's future President Richard Nixon going insane on that piano...

  • Nice guitar break from Bob Gibson too

  • A great talent. This is a good interpretation of a rock'n'roll classic. Bob Luman was just great. He could sing anything. Wonderful!

  • Bob's the MAN!
