  • amazing workout...that ties up my cardio for the day...i sweat for about 15 mins after the workout...i will definately be checking into the website. I like how you've offered not only isolation and total body workouts but a basic starter kit for meal plans...but that inmind if you offer that to the public for free...im very interested in what you offer to clients. Thank you very much. Look forward to following your routines.

  • Very nice. This work-out and its many variations are effective to most of my weight-loss clients. It gave visible results in just 45 days, well except to some special cases. And of course, no exercise is effective with a bad diet and poor sleeping pattern. Thanks for posting creative work-outs Jeff. It's really a big help for fitness enthusiasts and professionals.   • Ok, this guy is irritating - he wasn't fat in the BEFORE! Now he's just super skinny. I need to be the next Mr. X! C'mon jeff, choose a guy who was actually out of shape! This circuit seems so so - doesn't get me excited like most of Jeff's workout. Usually I'm amp'd about the videos, this one is a let down.

  • @markgoffeney..if you havent tried any of the exercises in the correct sequence you shouldn't knock it. Try this one out on your next trip to the gym ..go through 2 full cycles of it with no rest in between sets and im sure you'll be feeling different about this comment.

  • Guys getting skinny and ripped is not about weights and exercises. Just:

    1. Go on a DIET

    2. Do some CARDIO

    thats off course if you have the proper muscle mass

  • @basilodeh Gettin skinny is the operative word there. Stopping your weight training and doing lots of cardio will just eat muscle!

  • @basilodeh no resistance training is better than cardio for burning FAT, and it will make you stronger and more defined than cardio. for burning total calories (includes muscle mass), cardio is better, but also quite boring. athlean x has a very unique and dynamic sytem that always keeps you interseted hence the good results.

  • @markgoffeney If your not calling this a shortcut i can hardly imagine your doing some real workout's yourself, a normal workout at the gym for me and a friend is 2hours if we are fast. 20-25min is a quater of the time, if you dont call that a shortcut i dont know what the fuck is, tv-shop shit?

  • @markgoffeney I can hardly believe that, but i ask you, how long does your normal workout's last? how many days of the week do you workout? are you following a split workout or do you train all your muscle in one day?

  • @XDXDDX its split, 5 work outs a week with a meal planner, 2 days rest. im on my second week, been training fr 2 years, but havn't ever seen such unique movements that engage your core in almost every excerise. Thanx jeff

    monday: chest... pushups 3 x 30, flat 3x 25,20,12, incline 3x 25,20,12-18, flyes 3x20,20,20

    Tuesday: Back... 3xpull ups to failure, 3x chin ups to failure, 3x lat pull down 10-20 reps, 3x seated row 10-20 reps, 3x tbar row 20-30 reps shrugs 3x 20-20

    Wednesday: shoulders + cardio-arnold press 3x 20,18,15 , side lateral 3x 25,12,20 3x front raise 20-30, rear raise 25-30

    thursday: bi's n tri's barbell curl 3x20-30,incline curl 3x 20-30 hammer curl 3x20, dips 3x failure

    Hiit

    i have to sleep like 10 hours a day (8 at night + 2 hour nap) and eat soooo much

    but i have put on like 3 inches on my bicep and loads of other measurements... all worth it

    plus i also didnt mention my leg ab workout on saturdays

  • @Thabadaba this workout is not designed for building mass. to build mass you need WEIGHT. the whole point is that is done at an intense pace to stress the body. it's like conditioning, except real conditioning type workouts are much better than this. the exercises shown in this video are absolutely pathetic. instead of using shitty isolation splits that have come straight out of a magazine, try intergrating the body with moves like suitcase deadlifts, farmer's walks & burpees.
