i found this album at the age of 11 and have been a Rycher ever since. i grew up in a tiny, boring boring country neighborhood. after hearing Empire on the radio, i found it at the library. played the album on on repeat for hours on end while playing Phantasy Star II on Sega Genesis. Memories of the two are intertwined. Then i bought every album i could get (thanks BMG Music and Columbia Music House by 1 cd-get-12 ads...). Rage for Order was next, then Mindcrime. It all clicked in me. thanks!

QR is still still putting out quality music, even after 30 years. I've been lucky enough to see them twice, and they blew me away both times.

Crazy about this band now. I wanted to see Rival Sons, and they were bottom of the bill with Judas Priest and QR, whom I hade never heard before. I'm a huge convert! What a gig, three amazing bands. I could take or leave Priest before but they were amazing too. Gig of the year, no contest.

Crazy about this band now. I wanted to see Rival Sons, and they were bottom of the bill with Judas Priest and QR, whom I hade never heard before. I'm a huge convert! What a gig, three amazing bands. I could take or leave Priest before but they were amazing too. Gig of the year, no contest.
