The point of choking people and snapping their arms is that if you do it first, they can't do it to you!
Seriously, I don't really want to hurt anyone, but if some meathead is looking to rip my eyes out and I get even half a chance to dislocate his shoulder (assuming I can't diffuse or escape) I'll bloody well do it, then ring the poor bastard an ambulance.
lol I got my shoulder dislocated in a fight against 3 attackers (real street)and still won ......its called adrenalin....oh and being a bad ass...lol j/k..actually it could have turned bad but the training paid off....
my shoulder is fine and I still train..they have not been see since
maybe you would of not dare to do it because you are so nice....i had to grow up from there...i dont live in a place were you live....i have to break arms or choke people for my life...if i dont do it they will do it to me...and i have a family to take care of...i am 22 and have bros of 13 and 8...no mom and dad since i was 16...i really wish you put your comment in a way to show that you are a good person that wishes no harm to others...
frankly chocking someone out is a far better way of ending a fight then punching someone out, the risk of serious injury is far less, not to mention it's a lot more reliable then trying to hit a guy in the head as much as possible until he passes out.
@bazarro44 Originally it was to survive... Judo is derived from JuJutsu (JiuJitsu) which was created to fight armed samurai. You obviously can't punch or kick through armour a la taekwando or karate so you throw, choke, and break limbs. Now it is a sport, and the purpose of athleticism requires a lot characters to explain that what I've got remaining.
Agreed. It's sad so many women are taking up kickboxing, a sport that really doesn't show women at their best. Women look great in judo and it develops fantastic core strength and poise in them.

and the point of choking people and breaking their arms is....??
bazarro44 2 years ago
This was not a choke, and not by far an armbar. This was an immobilization.
