I like the music on the Touchstone logo! I remember this one not just from Home Improvement, but the Clerks animated cartoon series, The PJs and Unhappily Ever After.

And on local reruns, The 1995 Buena Vista Television Logo would appear.(That Goes for TBS as well.)By the way, That logo of Wind Dancer came out in 1990.(Although "Home Improvement" Premiered September of 1991 on ABC.)
