  • @paincolin559 bullshit, buakaw is a great fighter but if you pay close attention, he hit saro many times but none of them hurt him. And if you think Satos blows dont hurt why dont you gight him yourself...

  • impossible KO ! Buakaw very hard to KO him

  • looks like set up even if that at this level it should not be possible....

  • Not surprised Sato won though, he almost did in their previous fight.

  • looks like that knee earlier got him

  • @cantbelevehadtomkacc Couldnt be that powerful ?

  • bullshit, buakaw just let him win, that was a weak ass hit, buakaw been hit harder than that. it was some bet or some kind of stuff of deal to let that sato queer win. ha bitches compare too all the fight buakaw fought people make me laugh.

  • Now, I think I've seen it all

  • Buakaw got KO'ed, very rare.. or is it because he had a tough fight earlier on the same nite or nite before? sometime they do have it, but we don't know from just this one video clip..

  • @kaysir no, he was exhausted, then took a knee to the liver from sato

then he was stunned and could no longer defend

  • buakaw wasnt himself in this fight. he was real sloppy and looked tired, iv never seen him drop his guard like that ever in all his fights iv seen. buakaw on form would rape sato!

  • @grehan19 you want to take credit away from Sato

Sato fought clever, he made Buakaw tired in the fight, then delivered a deadly knee

from that point, Buakaw could no longer really breathe and his brain "gassed" - you can see that he no longer defended when he took the knee, he was unconscious standing

  • sato thinks he is better than buakaw now.

  • 3:05, Sato thinks he is the best now, and forever.

  • Comment removed

  • @N1ceV1d let me rephrase my other comment. idiot.

  • woooww this is the first time i saw buakaw get ko''d,as much of a fan im of buakaw repsect for sato for taking hard ass blows and still standing this man is made of steel or something

  • but there r no new fights of sato, so he really isn't a champ material like buakaw after all.

  • Sato was luckyly

  • @dembuontinhle explica donde estubo la suerte entonces

  • I know I'm over reacting, but I mean give the guys respect. It's like they are alway comparring rules and not fighters. Everyone is a magician in his art, so why not just enjoy instead saying "what if this would hav been like that" and that. I like both fighters, you can learn some nice tecniques from both.

  • thumb down to fan crying LOL pathetic

  • lol i'm so glad.go sato

  • that's just sad

  • Comment removed

  • dam , sato can take some hits' I thought buakaw landed some good punches on him but he hanged in there. Congrats to him, sato fought very well against one of the best buakaw

  • I realize everyone likes Buakaw and he's a great fighter, but let's give Sato his credit too. He fought a hard fight against one of the best. He's earned tons of respect.

  • @hivelocity100 Everyone likes Buakaw? Lol thats an understatement...He has more retarded fans/groupies than all combat sport athletes put together....

  • lol, sato still got a good beating by buakaw punching his face plenty of times.

  • u win some u lose some.

  • SO TO ALL OF YOU WHO DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT FIGHTING IS OR MARTIAL ART OR COMBAT SORT ESPECIALLY....I SAY...SHUT HE FUCK UP, STOP POSTING COMMENTS AND GO TO A GYM, GETINVOLVED AND TRAIN AND THEN YOU COME BACK AND SHARE YOUR, I REPEAT, YOUR EXPIERIENCES.I'M OFF

  • @kljeten There's this button to the left of your keyboard, it should say "Caps Lock". Hit that button. Enjoy....fucking.....moron..

  • WHAT IF JON JONES FOUGHT MT AND LOOSES? WILL SOMEONE SAY: "OOOH, BUT IF IT WAS MMA RULES HE WOULD KICK HIS ASS, IF THEY WOULD WRESTLE HE WOULD TAKE HIM DOWN..." WELL GUESS WHAT IT'S NOT WRESTLING,NOT MMA,NOT BOXING, NOT MT, IT'S KICKBOXING. MOST GOOD THAI FIGHTERS LOWE TO CROSSTRAIN BECAUSE THEY ADMITT THAT THEIR LOWEST ASSET IS BOXING SO THEY LIKE TO FIGHT IN KB TO IMPROOVE THEIR ART,THEMSELWES AND THEIR SKILLS. SOME EVEN TRAIN BOXING SEPARATE AND KICKASS.

  • @kljeten Woah dude, calm down. I think it's safe to say that Jon Jones would get eaten alive in Kickboxing and Muay Thai fighting. Now being an MMA fan, I know that MMA fighters aren't strong enough with stand-up to be in KB, that's just obvious.

  • FUCK ALL YOU MT COCKSUCKER!!!"IF THIS WAS FULL MT RULES THIS ONE WOULD HAVE WON, THAT WON WOULD HAVE WON"...WELL GUESS WHAT, THIS IS KICKBOXING AND HE ACCEPTED THE RULES AND LOST AND SO WHAT?HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS GOING IN TO. SEEMS LIKE MT FANS AND FIGHTERS CAN'T TAKE A LOSS LIKE A MAN O A FIGHTER AND ALWAYS BLAME IT ON THE RULE. DON'T GET ME WRONG I LOVE MT, BUT I HATE FUCKING PUSSY JERKASSES LIKE YOU. BE A MAN AND TAKE IT LIKE A MAN.

  • Buakaw the best fighter. It was an accident

  • this was in 2008 now Buakaw ia kicking ass jst like he always does.

  • @zakiyezdery Not in k-1 anymore.

  • @mantzosoti yeh his going for WMC world title n other stuff, does anyone know if he won the competiton thingo wats it called where the fighter travel around the world n fight each other cause Buakaw was undefeated when i watched his last fight n that was like Semi finals???

  • no 1 can win 4ever tht the facts...but still buakaw can kick sato ass if he wan to..

  • if this was full muay thai rules, buakaw would've ezed sato, but nope.

  • phil367153296, ur name means ur a number, and it also means u r gey. clinchers will ez grapplers anyday.

  • @N1ceV1d

I'm not sure whether you're a troll or are just that stupid, either way you're hopeless.

  • Haha love it...Thai boy gets his ass kicked!!!

  • He got a knee in the liver is what happened. Anyone who has experienced this can testify to the sapping effect it has on you.

  • dont forget, buakaw still beat sato more than once.

  • When you take a KO, you do not put hands to tone down your fall

  • @yawalat It was a body shot moron...Stop making excuses for Pramuk...He gets WAY more than enough of that as it is already

  • grappling is what ufc does, touching and molesting, like cops do to bad guys, and rhapists do to girls. fighting is what manny and buakaw does, boxing and muay thai. the punch was pussi, but the knee was what got him i think, who knows though. might've still been paid to lose.

  • @N1ceV1d

Grappling is an essential part of Muay Thai, do you even know what a clinch is? And suggesting Buakaw would throw a fight for money is a bigger diss to him, than your intent of discrediting Sato's victory... it's incredible how every time you post you prove you're an idiot.

  • fucking bs that was a pussy punch he got paid to lose

  • @smelianskian Aww look at the little butthurt Pramuk fan....Go eat some pad thai faggot

  • buakaw still beat him more than once, so gg sato.

  • damn that knee at 2:42 did something to him... he just froze in place and let him get a straight punch at him.... i keep replaying this video because it is shocking...

  • Im his Big Fan from Kazakhstan!!!

  • Anyway, Buakaw is the Best!!!

  • It was the knee at 2:42

Buakaw could not breathe sufficiently afterwards, leading to deprivation of oxygen, so it seemed as if he was unconscious on his feet and not defending

    Knees are powerful!

  • something happened to buakaw cause he wasnt protecting

  • You got ktfo

  • BBC News report, Buakaw don't eat breakfast

  • he def got paid to throw this fight... makes perfect sense considering its a Japanese fighter... Baukaw would never get ko'd by a weak ass punch like that nor would he keep himself open like that ... pure bullshit

  • Comment removed

  • @monkeyzoon Wow another dumbass appears.

Baukaw Por Pramuk is his stage name. It's not uncommon for fighters fighter under an alias.

    Baukaw = White Lotus

Por Pramuk = his gym's name

His real name is Sombat Banchamek.

Born in Thailand but of Cambodian decendants.

Please learn your facts before flapping your mouth off, it only makes you look more stupid.

  • บัวขาวบอกกูต่อยไม่ลงกูเหนื่อยแล้วกูนอนดีกว่า

  • @yobro250 how did this turn into a national pride debate?

Baukaw is Khmer, Sato is jap both using limited contact mauy Thai.

So he lost this fight. There's no shame losing to Sato, he's a good fighter.

  • @pimpownzu Actually I agree Sato is totally underestimated and overlooked. He is pretty good I agree with you. So he won. It happens when fighting and competing at this level.

  • @pimpownzu fuck you buakaw is thai

  • Hahah thai warrior is pwned!

  • Mr.Yoshihiro Sato if you read this text. welcome to Thaifight extheme 2011

All Thai poeple want to see you again in thaiboxing use full option

everybody call you (Mr.Yoshihiro Sato) you can winer only in japan (only your home)

thai poeple waiting for you (Mr.Yoshihiro Sato) common common

    if you can

  • @MTKS998 Buakaw got KO'd LOL

  • Buakaw got KO'd. LOL

  • จ้าวบัวขาว

  • pra mim esse combate foi manipulado sei la nao botei fe nessa vitoria do sato ja vi o buakaw levar socos de caras mais fortes e nao cair isso foi muito estranho meio q duvidoso

  • Sato deserved this win.

You see him swinging and attacking instead of letting buakaw rampage all over him like other fighters.

I gotta say his height and longer reach really did help him in this fight.

But pound for pound Buakaw is the man.

  • @pimpownzu No hes not

  • poor fool should have thrown his pride away and gone to the mat for a take down after the liver shot. he would at least have gotten 10 seconds to regain some composure

  • @ubersum1

It wouldn't have mattered at that point. He was already exhausted before taking that final knee, and said in an interview that he was blacking out due to the lack of energy. It would've taken far more than just 10 seconds to recover, and picking yourself up again, takes energy in itself.

  • @phil367153206 what a shock... buakaw was blacking out from exhaustion from one k1 fight? muay thai fights are much longer... and also k1 used to hold multiple fights in one night. it's humbling to hear that the once immovable buakaw would be blacking out from exhaustion from sato of all folks... thanks for the info though.

  • @ubersum1

Well there's more to it than that. It wouldn't be the first time Buakaw gassed in a K-1 fight (he had done so against Kalakoda for example) but the difference in those previous fights was he was able to pace himself better despite being tired. In this fight, his stamina was forcibly being taken from him by Sato's knees; starting with 2:10. Earlier in the round, Buakaw already expended a lot of energy winging punches, to Sato's credit, he just constantly pressed forward till the end.

  • it still looks fake the way he went down is like a tree being pushed over so dont know what is up with that but buawkaw could handle more than that

  • buakaw just didnt look right..

  • what a setup. during the match he took much stronger kicks and punches, and he goes down after this slap on the face... cmon guy took the money... good choice :)

  • @MrZwengele no it was a knee to the liver, a good one

  • これはヒドイwww八百長丸出しのKO

  • Not a conspiracy, nobody cheated Buakaw out of this one. Buakaw's beat Sato before and probably will again in the future. This is just a case where Sato caught Buakaw with a good shot and put him down. Happens to alot of fighters, even the greats. There's a "punchers chance" nomatter how overmatched someone is in a fight.

  • @theawakener7 Learn to speak English before you should try to discuss any Bullshit.. no respect for the great fighters!

  • sato is tall, so his knees r effective on shorter fighters

  • wiki says (KO Right hook) i didnt believe until i see the knee to the liver!

  • buakaw is still the best anyway

go hell SATO, Japanese YAGUZA made that win for you

You all deserve that TSUNAMI and every earthquake in return

    god bless you, cheater

  • @Zilch58 lol angry kids are racist

  • @Zilch58 you nation is #1 on drag queens .

  • buttare buakaw giù pensavo fosse una impresa impossibile e invece...

  • i thing its the most weird knock out in the history of k-1.

    what are you thing?

  • its the money that did him lost, japanese mafia

  • Buakaw was payed to take a dive and has admitted it

  • i am from india and K1 is never shown here on TV because no one watches this ever ..... i accidentally stumbeled upon one of Buakaw"s videos and fell in love with the game i feel buakaw is a great fighter and he really shows a heart of a lion in all his fights.... this fight just marks a bend in the road and i bet in a rematch he will definitely come back and fight like he always does .... good day for sato but buakaw is a warrior

  • petrosyan n1

  • Buakaw

  • that knee too the liver ouch :( only time ive seen buakaw go down O.o he's an awesome fighter and a great sportsman ! zambidis and buakaw are my favorites =)

  • as XTR3 explained...

buakaw was paralyzed by pain, i'm really surprised he remained standing

I train in MT (knees, elbows...everything) and i'd rather be knocked out than recieve a vicious knee to the liver, the pain is LITERALLY PARALYZING (unfortunately I know)

  • buakaw is the best muay thai fighter and can beat anyone anytime..that is for sure..whoever dont agree better c his fights better ;)

  • buakaw is the best......that 's all

  • the idiots who say 'it was fixed' really dont understand the sport. buakaw had already past his peak level of sharpness/fitness. he was never a power puncher he won due to intensity and kicking ability. in his later years his kicking slowed down and opponents learnt his game. the rule change regarding clinches also worked against him (but he still won in 07 with improved boxing). 08 he lost to masato and that signified the decline. if you think this was fixed then you really are fooling yourself

  • Theres no shame in losing. Everyone loses no matter how damn good you are.

  • sato just got a lucky shot, that is all

  • Those who think buawkaw is invincible is not really smart. It's a knee duh! Gotta love muaythai. Awesome match btw

  • It's a liver shot! FFS! I don't belive Sato can has the power to KO Buakaw even when he's still fresh.

  • and Besides...at 1:15 Sato's moving forward to throw a jab..why in the world would Buakaw throw a High Kick if he's a low kick destroyer and had the best opportunity in the world to do one.

  • 0:34 - 0:42 1:12 1:16 1:24...just so many more..when you get to Buakaws level..faking hits become so easy...I just wonder what happened to him so he would do that.

  • @alifak1

If you're referring to the "left arm forward, head down" tactic, that is something Buakaw commonly employs during his fights; in fact, many Thai's do it. Just re-watch some of his bouts prior to this one, and you'll notice him use it frequently. I don't know how you see 0:37-0:42 as supposed "fake hits"; when you also consider moments like 1:29-1:41 where he's clearly trying to knock Sato out, which jeopardizes the whole intent of a "fixed" match.

  • @phil367153206 Of course they look like the same punches Buakaw used to throw...when u get to that level, faking hits becomes something really easy with the time...the moment I listed u below..it's not about how he throws it bro...its a matter of why...like I said, when you're a fighter and share the same spirit as buakaw does..it become clear...but look, I don't want to waste time every time you reply, If you really think buakaw really lost..it's fine...but true fighters recognize true spirits

  • @alifak1

You're entitled to your opinion, but saying that as a fighter "it becomes clear"; I don't think so, fighters and informed fans alike haven't shared that view, it is yours alone. It doesn't only discredit Sato though, but both fighters. To look at it logically, K-1 didn't have much to gain with Sato winning this match, he wasn't a very marketable fighter and for Buakaw, who's very purpose in life is to fight and is still fighting to this day... to throw a fight; it would never happen.

  • @alifak1 what are you talking about? 'faking hits' wow you are really stupid. he uses the left hand to set up his right straight, which landed on several occasions. I dont see how that is 'faking shots'. also buakaw had already lost to masato and has since lost to souwer and kraus proving that he is not on the same level he used to be at. thai fighters dont usually last very long due to how early they begin training and how many fights they have. so it is only natural that he would begin losing.

  • It definitely was the hit to the body before the knockout punch.

Buakaw suddenly could not move anymore after the knee hit.

  • I like how so many people can't accept the fact that Sato won the fight. Buakaw isn't a god, morons.

Oh and about the "IT'S THE LIVER" crowd... who cares? It doesn't matter if he hit him with a hook, or knocked the wind out of him, a win is a win.

  • Nice, didn't notice the knee but i figured something like that landed cuz right b4 Buakaw got dropped it looked like he just shut down. So the knee makes sense since liver shots can shut down ur body.

  • it really was the liver he was holding his side when he was on the ground

  • Buakaw got the wind knocked out from Sato's knee

  • And i cant believe how idiots are all of you that start analyzing 2 uneducated morons punching each other... "No, it was the punch to the liver, no it was the kick in his ass"... give me a break idiots and go to some universities to learn a few things instead of playing tough and experts in youtube...

  • @malakas1973 it takes a clever mind to be able to fight not just brawns, if you cant learn to analyse a fight you're probably lacking brain power somewhere hence your name re malaka

  • it was a knee .... gooddamn sato is freaking tall

  • the replay showed that buakaw was knocked out by the hook.. its not the hook its the knee.. wtf..

  • reminds me of cotto vs margarito

  • Awesome fight... Probably Sato at his best. And those of you who say that it was fixed, that is insulting Buakaw's fighting in this fight. Buakaw put a lot in this fight, he got a lot of awesome punches into Sato's jaw, but somehow Sato just refused to stop coming forward. It's a crazy fight

  • What a comeback by Sato since his loss to Buakaw not too long ago! Good fight by Buakaw but he ran out of steam to a much more determined and high spirited Sato.

  • Looks like Buakaw was injured after Sato's knee at 2:42.. Can anyone confirm this ?

  • I think Buakaw's fine for that. It's very hard to see him loose in K1. But if it's in Thailand he'd lost more often than you saw in K1 because the quality of fighters in Thailand is higher(imagine of a fighter like Saenchai, Yodsaenklai and many more that you guys don't know if you r not Thai). But he'll still be a great fighter. May be it's good for him to loose sometime hahaha!

  • its the knee sato landed that knee perfect but still weird for buakaw just to drop

  • just a lucky punch

  • knee

  • Who would have expected that? Buakaw did look very tired. Unusual for him. But he was already gone before that punch. He's fought and beaten better.

  • He just got tired and threw him self to the floor. Needed some rest.

  • way too laxed. got sloppy

  • fake

  • FIRST time Buakaw ever get a KO LOSS !!

  • I bet you Buakaw was either jet lagged or had a fight very recent to this one. His stamina is obviously not his usual.

  • He expended too much energy winging those punches and Sato's knees to the body were pretty much the icing on the cake.

  • the left knee KO buakaw not the punch, he lost the stance cuz he couldn't breath

  • idk, it looks like a right hand to me. kick just finished the job.

  • I bet sato was happy with that, Buakaw had been destroying him all of last round and all of this one, but Sato didn't back down at all, so in the end his fighting spirit led to him getting that lucky shot to the liver which left Buakaw open to a knockout right hook :) perfect example of skill and determination in the face of defeat!

  • poor Buakaw....he's falling...both he and Andy are falling.....

well who cares, we have Petrosyan !

  • it was a nice fight though. even the best lose sometimes

  • no it wasnt the rib. buakaw took a knee to the liver and any fighter that has taken a shot to the liver knows the immediate immense pain...it was just too much for buakaw. you can tell that at 2:43 you see him lose all of his fighting will. this is because hes in a huge amount of pain

  • 100% correct....well said

  • @Spickallday but great on buakaw for stayin in there even after a brutal kick to the liver... altho it wasnt for long.

  • @Spickallday he took it really well though. most fighter would have gone down the instant they get hit there.

  • lol wat

  • @finalcs

Umm he recently dominated Sauer and was robbed. He's fine as long as the Japanese judges stop robbing him. Prick.

  • hes washed up he should just retire and teach hate to see him getting knocked out over and over again by scrubs

  • thats the first time hes been knocked out and the other fighter was very lucky

  • Sato put up a great fight and gave it his all. It wasn't luck but skill, even though I'm a Buakawa fan. Was amazed how both their hands was dangerously low

  • It was mostly luck because if he didnt hit the liver with such a clean hard blow Buakaw probably would have continued to pummel him and knock him out cold, if you watch both rounds you see how much of a difference there is between the two fighters, buakaw has fought much better people and not got knocked out trust me he got lucky...

  • @kyle1172 yea even dida powerful punches were not enough to take him down, only just got him dizzy thats it. Sato was just lucky
