When the Banks and Wall Street who caused the economic collapse, recieved bailouts from tax payers money, Americans did nothing.

When the government made the Patriot Act Americans did not protest.

47 millions Americans have no health care.

Don't oversimplify. I and MANY were out in the streets SCREAMING the WHOLE time at everything you mention. Washington DC was inundated with 100's of thousands of protesters for Bush's inauguration in 2000. New York City looked like a riot zone there were so many 100's of thousands of protesters at the '04 GOP convention.

More and more get their information from the internet where nothing is censored. The internet is is the going to be the vehicle for the great freedom revolution.

Dunno, think you gotta put this into context. This election meant a LOT in Iran.This was their "Yes We Can"/"Change" election. Think back to how things were with our past American election, how excited we were to take a new path with Obama. Now imagine if KNOWING full well that Obama would win,the shocking results came out with Obama only getting 33%. You better believe there would have been riots in the streets for bullshit that blatant. Anyway, what the Iranians are doing is amazing. Love it!

but on the other hand, something is telling me the Iranian governments own crackdowns is feeding this movement now. i think somewhere along the line it stopped being about the election fraud and started being about the entire system that allowed that election fraud to happen in the first place.
