To be honest I am afraid it would ruin Chicago's economy. I do hope they get the honor to host, but think of the cost!

the summer Olympics has been in the U.S. twice before. In both cases, overall, net profits were made.
Many jobs were created and sustained for years prior to the games and during the games.
Believe me, the cost would more than easily be offset by the enormous profit the games bring to the United States and Chicago's economy.
